FOXY POV:

"Any news on the software issues with Eclipse?" I asked Mangle as we walked alongside each other.

The 2 of us were making our way through the building's Utility Tunnels, taking our usual route over to the Daycare. From there I would then head from there across to the Kids Corner which was directly connected to the Daycare.

It was relatively silent as we walked through the Tunnels. The only sounds that could be heard were the constant hum of machinery under the building, And the clop of my boots mixed with the tap of her flats.

"Something is up with the servers." Mangle replied without looking up from the book she was reading as we walked. "He's currently locked into his Sun and Moon mode. For the time being his Eclipse Personality is offline. And Moon has become twitchy when he's online. But there haven't been any big issues... Yet."

"Yet?" I asked with a raised eyebrow as I looked at her through the corner of my eye. While Mangle didn't show any distinct reaction, I did notice the way her shoulders slumped slightly and eyes glow dulled. "If you need a hand just ask."

"I might have to take you up on that eventually." She said with a sigh as she closed her book and rubbed her temples. "I-."

Whatever else she was about to say was cut off by a loud crack of wood and thunk of metal echoing through the tunnels, followed by the sound of a bunch of metal items spilling.

"Staff-bot." I hummed as I rolled my eyes. The things were helpful in running the building in some aspects, But were also really shit at their job in others.

"We should probably check to see what happened." Mangle said as she began to walk down the branch tunnel the noise came from. "The day staff will be arriving soon. So if it's a big mess we should probably help clean it."

"You're too generous for your own good sometimes." I said with a huff as a fond smile spread across my lips. "Alright I'm coming."

It didn't take long to find the source of the noise. A Staff-bot lay slumped over a broken crate of Animatronic parts. And Glamrock Freddy was standing up from where it looked like the Big Orange Bear had fallen.

Freddy was probably my favourite of the normal Animatronics in the building, followed closely by Glamrock Bonnie. He was genuinely kind and wasn't either, a Narcissistic prick like Roxanne, or a Hot-headed show-boater like Montgomery. Glamrock Chica was pretty chill, even if she had a weird habit of eating literal garbage. And DJ Music Man was fun.

"Oh Faz-nuggets." I heard him mutter as he picked himself off the ground and looked at the now broken Staffbot. "I am sorry."

"You good Freddy?" I called out as Mangle and I approached.

"Oh. Hello Miss Foxy. Hello Miss Mangle." He greeted cheerfully with a wave. Before looking down at himself. "I am undamaged. Which is good, I have a birthday party at lunch."

"Again Freddy, no need to call us Miss." Mangle said with a smile.

"Yeah. Miss makes me feel old." I added as I crossed my arms under my bust. "We're too young for that."

Glamrock Freddy stared at us for a moment, blinking slowly. Before he replied.

"You were built in late 1980, before entering service in 1981." He said as he held up a finger, like he was stating facts. "This year marks your 50th year since construction. Making you older than all the employees and functioning Animatronics in the building."

"Oh I'll show you old-" I began to say in fake aggression as I made myself look like I was about to pounce, before a Red and Blue blur flew past.

"HI EVERYONE! BYE EVERYONE!" We were interrupted when BB suddenly shot past us, skating along using the little wheels in her Sneaker heels. Just as quickly as she appeared she was gone, probably already halfway down the hall leading towards the West arcade.
