GOLDEN POV:

Thank the fucking maker that he's finished. I was just about ready to kick him out and finish it myself.

I gave my hands a flex once Lucas finished attaching the new casing, feeling a faint stiffness which was the norm when hand casings were replaced. It had taken him a significantly longer time than it should have for him to replace them, especially when the casings had been pre-fabricated. But in the end he got it done which I was thankful for, as I could finally be rid of his excessive talking.

Throughout the entire time he was working, he wouldn't shut up. I felt as if he was using me as a private audience to witness him stroke his own ego. And every time I tried to strike up an actual conversation and ask him a question, like I had with Evan yesterday, he'd interrupt me and just keep talking. I was just about ready to smack him to get him to shut his mouth.

I don't think the questions I wanted to ask him would have really mattered in the end however, he was telling me plenty to get a gauge on the type of person he was and his priorities. He kept making remarks about my "beauty" and joked about me undoing my shirt to "Let my money makers breathe." As well as make jokes about what I could do with my hands once he finished.

By that point I was genuinely amazed that Freya hadn't already killed him.

Before he even finished I had come to my verdict on the type of person he was. He was selfish, with an ego you could see from space. And he made it very clear why he was here, which wasn't a surprise. He wanted us girls. He was a narcissist, pervert, womanizer, and everything else that us girls hated in a person.

"And that's all my tasks for the night done." He said as if doing what his job required was some sort of praise-able accomplishment. "How do they feel?"

"Fine." I replied bluntly as I hopped off the edge of the work bench and walked past him back into my green room. Doing my best to ignore the subconscious feeling of his eyes on me as I walked. I wanted this man out of my room asap. "Feel free to see yourself out. I'm sure you're perfectly capable of heading back to the utility room."

"Oh, don't be like that hot stuff." He spoke as he walked around to stand before me. I just grit my teeth at his choice of words while wondering if I was going to have to remind him about the rules on his first shift. "Give me a few minutes and I'm sure you'll enjoy my company. Bonnie sure seemed to enjoy it."

"You had the entire time you were working to convince me. And I'm not convinced." I replied firmly, my patience beginning to wear thin. While also taking a mental note to figure out what the last part was meant to mean. "Now again. You can see yourself out. I won't repeat myself a third time."

"Fine, Fine. I'm going... Geez, both of the bears are bitches." he replied, muttering the last part under his breath clearly not intended for me to hear as he turned to leave. And although his face didn't show it, his eyes told a different story. He was pissed.

"Maybe her sister will be more interesting." I felt my processor stutter as he continued muttering to himself. "Aparently she used to be the flirty one back in the day."

"What was that?" I asked as I turned towards him, feeling my temper flare at how he talked about Spring. I already didn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him. I was not going to let him anywhere near my sister if I could help it.

"Nothing." He replied with a dismissive tone as he opened my door and walked though. "Just thinking your sister might actually enjoy my company. Unlike you and the other bear bi- ACK!"

I cut the guy off as I appeared in front of him in a flash of light, a little trick I kept even after that little shit who used to possess me got kicked out. I didn't like doing it often though, it wasn't exactly a fun feeling to go through.
