Ravage and Selena: TFP Fanfic

(Disclaimer: I do not own any characters except for Selena Winter. I don't own any images except for the one of Selena Winter on the cover.) I'm sure you all know Ravage as a violent and lethal killer. One of Soundwave's most elite spies, assassins and enforcer. Many believe he died on Cybertron. But what they didn't know is that he was held captive by Arachnid. He managed to escape his prison and cause her ship to crash land on Earth. But he was badly hurt when he escaped her. He was found by Selena Winters. A young technical genius, she knew he was no robot and needn't her help. So took him in, it took a while to gain his trust so that he'd let her fix him. But it really helped when she made a chip that allowed them to understand each others thoughts. No so much read them, just feel what the others intentions were and their base emotions. Which is why even after Ravage was fully recovered he stayed with Selena. But what happens when they run into his old master Soundwave on his search for the Resonance blaster? Lets find out.

Selena's POV

Hey everyone, I am Selena Winter and I am twenty years old. Most people would call me a genius when it comes to technology and robotics. But I wouldn't. I just love tinkering and figuring out how things work. Anyway, a few months ago I came across a robotic panther. I guess you could say. Only he was no robot, he is a sentient being from another planet. How cool is that?

Anyway, his name is Ravage and he was badly hurt when I found him. Acid burns, slash marks and many dents covered his body. I took him to my home. He wouldn't let me near him for over a week and nearly died because he was being so stubborn. But I eventually gained his trust when I offered him a strange blue crystal, which he ate.

He allowed me to tend to his wounds. He even let me exam his systems. Which is how I was able to create a chip that would allow us to under stand each other better. We can sense each others feelings and understand what each other wants or means just by focusing on one emotion or feeling. It's kinda of cool. Anyway, he was hungry and we are out looking for more blue crystals for him to eat. It's the only source of fuel he'd accept. Like I said earlier, he is stubborn.

"Smell anything?" I ask Ravage as we walk through a forest. He shakes his head. I sigh, it's getting harder to find these blue crystals. Maybe we need to move? I'll do a search online later to see if anyone else has seen these crystals.

Just then Ravage freezes and I hear jets. I look up to see a jet, a drone and some sort of ufo fly over head. "What the hell?" I ask. Just then Ravage nudges me. I look at him and feel his want to follow them. I nod and get onto his back. He runs faster then I do. I hang on tight as he takes off at top speed.

(Time skip)

We saw the drone and ufo crash into a valley. Ravage ran towards them at top speed. I could feel his worry. But is he worried about the drone or ufo? That's the thing, I feel his emotions but not why he feels them. Once we enter the valley he slows and stops. I get off him and we walk slowly through the trees. Trying to be quiet.

We soon reach a clearing and see the down drone. Ravage ran to it and nudges it gently. Grumbling with concern and the drone coos at him. I gasp and race over. It looks like another sentient being. "Ravage, is he your friend?" I ask and he nods. "Ok, I'll do what I can" I assure him. The drone tries to get away from me. "Whoa easy, I won't hurt you" I assure it. Ravage communicates with it and it calms down. "Damaged wing" I mutter and grab my welder. "This may hurt a little, I'm sorry" I tell the drone and start to weld it's wing.

When I hear something heavy land behind us. I turn around and gasp at the giant robot. Ravage runs to it as it pointed some sort of weapon at me. Ravage roars and the robot looks down at him. He lower his weapon and knelt down patting Ravage. Who purrs contently and I smile. Ravage then runs over to me and nuzzles me happily. Before looking up at the robot.

"I am Selena Winter, your friend is hurt" I tell him gesturing to the drone. "I was trying to help" I state and he picks up the drone. It attaches to his chest. The robot looks at Ravage, they appear to be communicating silently. It looks at me and I notice it's face plate is cracked. "Your face plate is cracked, I can fix that if you want" I tell him.

Just then we hear a thud near by. "What was that?" I ask scared as Ravage growls lowly. "Easy" I say as tentacles appear from the robot and slither along the ground. They go behind the boulder and retrieve a broken piece from the drone and I relax. Then one of the tentacles grabs me and tosses me into the air.

I scream and land into the cockpit of a jet. Ravage lands on the wing and magnetizes to it as the jet takes off. I look at Ravage scared and he sends me waves of calm. I relax, if he isn't worried. Then I'm not worried. "Excuse me sir, but do you and your other friend have a name?" I ask the jet.

"Soundwave, Laserbeak" two different voices say.

"Nice to meet you both, I promise to do all I can for Laserbeak. Just like how I helped heal Ravage when I found him" I tell him. Soundwaver doesn't reply, I guess he's the silent type.

(Clearing) Third Persons POV

"Soundwave has taken the bait" Ratchet states. "But we also have a problem. Ravage is back and Soundwave just took a human hostage" he adds. But gets no reply from Wheeljack. He curses and transforms speeding off to Wheeljack's location.

(Nemesis)

When Soundwave returned. He placed Selena in his berth room and signaled her to stay put. Before going to the bridge with Ravage and presents the resonance blaster to Megatron. "The resonance blaster! Crafted by Decepticon scientist for maximum sonic devastation. Soundwave, you have performed admirably unlike Dreadwing here who somehow managed to loose the APEX armor to Starscream" Megatron rants. "I see you also managed to find our old friend Ravage. I look forward to hearing about it later" he adds.

Ravage bows his head to Megatron respectfully. "There are two more decrypted coordinates remain in play. And I have every confidence that Knockout and..." Megatron starts to say whn a scratched up Knockout enters the bridge.

"Can you believe what the autobots did to me?!" he demands.

"Did you retrieve the relic?" Megatron asks him. Knockout bows his head.

"No, master" he says soberly.

"Then I suggest you convince me of your continue usefulness by examining Laserbeak and Ravage, Doctor" Megatron orders him. They go to the medical bay with Soundwave, Ravage and Laserbeak. Soundwave lets Laserbeak disconnect and Knockout examines him.

"Grenade!" Knockout shouts and dives away from Laserbeak scared. But nothing happened. Ravage chuckles swishing his tail.

"Ah, that is clever. Knockout, prepare to properly dispose of the obstruction" Megatron tells him. Knockout does so and runs off with the grenade. Which explodes in the corridor, sending him flying. "Soundwave, if we're to maintain any advantage over the Autobots, decoding the remainder of the Iacon database must remain your top priority" he instructs.

"Yes, Lord Megatron" Soundwave says using a vehicons voice. "We have a slight issue though" he adds.

"Issue?" Megatron asks and Soundwave shows a photo of Selena napping in his quarters. "What's a human doing on my ship?" Megatron demands.

"She saved Ravage and Ravage didn't want to leave her" Soundwave explains usuing several voices. Megatron sighs annoyed. But allows the human to remain, who knows she might prove useful. He demanded Soundwave get him a file on the human while he started decoding the Iacon database. Soundwave nodded and got to work. Not knowing about the virus inside Laserbeak which was transferring a copy of the Iacon database to the autobot base.
