20 : Reunion

[A/N: Medyo lame ang update today kasi it's more of the past. At baka gumawa ako ng story nung highschool love story ni Julia at Lance before sila nag-end up sa ganitong sitwasyon. :) Sana yun nalang pala inuna ko. Lol.]

Julia's POV

*krrrng* *krrrrnnggg* krrngg*

Jeez. Umagang umaga, may tumatawag sa cellphone ko. Sino naman kaya 'to?

"Hello?" sabi ko pagkasagot sa cellphone

"Julia? Julia! Ikaw na ba to?" galak na emosyon sa kabilang linya.

"Yes, Julia 'to. Sino 'to?" confused kong tanong, pamilyar yung boses.

"Omg! Julia! I miss you! This is Zoey, highschool friend." masigla niyang sabi sakin

"Oh my gosh, seriously? Zoey? As in Zoey Patrimonio?!"

Oo, alam kong hindi niyo siya kilala but yes! She's my highschool friend! Actually, siya yung pinakaclose kong friend nung high school. I miss high school.

"Absolutely, Francesca! Haha."

"Gosh, Zoe. I miss you bitch!" ngiti ko

"I miss you too, don't worry! Ayt! Anyways, I got your number from Lance."

She got my number from Lance? Siguro nakuha niya yun nung hindi pa galit sakin si Lance. I totally lost him. But, did I even have him in the first place?

"Oh, okay. So, why did you call?"

"Well, actually, Victoria organized a reunion for our batch nung highschool. I called Lance last night and invited him too."

"D-did he tell you he'll come?" bigla kong tanong. Ewan ko, may something sakin na nati-trigger malaman kung pupunta siya eh.

"Yup, he'll go. So, ayun, actually, medyo late ko na kayo na-inform since ang hirap niyong hanaping dalawa. Buti nalang at merong number si Lance." nag-pause siya ng onti at nagsalita uli, "So, yeah, later na yung reunion so... better prepare, friend!"

"What?! Mamaya na?! Whoa, ganun ba talaga ako ka-late ma-informan?"

"Yeah, yeah, sorry. And oh, gotta go! Need to call Jerome, Jillian, Mianne and Danie pa. I'll just text you the venue and time, alright?!" sabi niya
 

"Yeah, sure. Don't worry, I will be there, Zoe. Goodbye!" sabi ko at i-eend na sana yung call pero bigla uli siya nagsalita

"Julia, dear. If you have a boyfriend right now, you can invite him too! Hihi. Bye!"

Napa-'sigh' nalang ako. Buti nalang hindi niya in-open yung topic about Lance. Hindi naman sa nagfi-feelingera ako but kapag magkasama kami minsan, kalahati ng pinag-uusapan namin si Lance. And I have no communication with my highschool friends since we graduated. It will surely bring back memories if I communicate with them. Kaya I hardly talk with my highschool friends nung college ako.

Hindi na muli ako tinamaan ng antok. Tapos naalala ko nanaman si Lance. Hay nako. Kasalanan ko nanaman lahat eh. Ang tanga tanga ko, bakit ko sinabing 'oo' kung alam kong...... mahal ko pa rin siya? Oo, inaamin ko. Mahal ko pa rin siya.

Dati ko pa siya na-realize, pero binabalewala ko lang kasi... ayokong mahulog sakanya uli. But it turns out..... I didn't really move on from the very start. Because...
