Kaitlyn's POV:
I woke up to someone banging pots and pans. Who is that. I thought. It couldn't be my mom. I got up and ran down stairs. It was Sam and Kian. They were both standing there laughing. "What the hell!" I yelled at Sam. "Good morning baby" Sam said. I just glared at him and went back to bed. It was Saturday so it didn't matter. But why was Sam and Kian here. So early especially on a Saturday. Sam walked in my room and laid down beside me. "Babe are you okay?" Sam asked "I'm fine" I told him "don't say your fine if your not" Sam said "my dad is coming over later today.." I told him. "Your dad?" Sam said sitting up. I sat up and said "yeah" putting my head on his chest. "Why?" "I don't know my mom just told me he's coming last night" "are you worried?" Sam asked "yeah mostly. He doesn't come unless he wants something and I haven't seem him in years" I told him. "It will be okay" Sam said hugging me. I felt so safe in his arms. I started blushing. I looked up and saw Sam smiling "what!" "I see you blushing" I started smiling harder. "Why you blushing?" Sam asked "because I feel so safe in your arms" I told him. Sam started squeezing me. "I'm protective" Sam said "i know" I told him. "You 2 love birds going to get ready to go?" Kian asked walking in "where are we going?" I asked "to the o2l house" Sam said. "Really" I asked "yeah" Kian said "okay as long as we're back by 4" I told them. "Why?" Kian asked "Kaitlyn's dad is coming" Sam said "he better not be coming back for your mom! My dad would never let that happen" Kian said "he's not, he's remarried" I told Kian "good" "yeah.." I said. Sam grabbed my hands and asked what was wrong again. I felt my eyes getting teary. "I just don't like that he remarried so soon" "is there something wrong with the girl?" Kian asked "yes, she's the girl he cheated with. For a year!" I told them. By now tears were going down the face. Sam cuddled me and kept saying "it's okay" "I'm sorry" Kian said "yeah" I said. "He better not hurt you again!" Sam said "I hope he doesn't too" I said. "Well I'll let you get ready" Kian said as he walked out. "Do you still want to come with us?" Sam asked me "Yes of course" I said whipping the tears off my face. "Okay good" Sam said whipping the final tear off my face. "I'll leave you to get ready" Sam said "you cam stay if you want" I told him "if you want me too" "yeah I do" "okay than I'll stay" Sam said. I went into my walk in closet and shut the door since Sam was staying. I quickly got dressed and walked out. "That was fast" Sam said "yeah it doesn't take me long to get ready" I told him. I went into the bathroom and washed my face and brushed my hair and teeth. I put some makeup on, but not my usual since Sam was watching. It didn't bother me that he was watching actually. That was good. It means we're getting even closer. I walked out of the bathroom all ready. I got my high tops and we went down stairs. "You guys ready?" Kian asked "she needs to eat first" Sam said "I do?" I asked him "yes!" He said "okay" "you weren't going to eat?" Sam asked "not really hungry" I said "well you still need to eat. And you'll be hungry later if you don't." Sam said while grabbing me a pop tart. I shared most of it with Sam and Kian but Sam didn't like that I wasn't eating it. I love that he cares so much. We got in the car and got ready to leave. I got in the back seat thinking Sam would sit in the front with Kian but he sat in the back with me. He sat in the middle so we could be closer to him. We went to pick JC up before we went. The o2l house was like a hour and 30 minutes away but I didn't care. I fell asleep on Sam's shoulder. His shoulder was actually a good head rest. When we got there I woke up to Sam saying "oh my god no" I wasn't sure what he was talking about, but I shortly saw after. We got out of the car and Trevor, Ricky and Connor ran out to us. They were like wild animals they were so crazy. Sam grabbed my hand and we ran inside. They all followed and it was crazy. There was a lot of screaming but if you know o2l than you know why. Connor picked me up and said "so this must be the girlfriend we always hear about" I looked over at Sam and he was blushing. Connor put me down and said "hey I'm Connor, and this is Ricky and the little boy over there is Trevor. Pointing to Ricky and Trevor. They came over and hugged me. "Okay guys that's enough loving on my girl" Sam said. We all laughed. Ah I love Sam. We all decided to make a "reunited" YouTube video, even though they were all together like a couple of weeks ago. Shorter than 2 months but longer than a month. I looked over at the clock and it was 3! SAMM! I shouted "babe is everything okay!?" He said running into the room "yeah but it's 3!" "We need to go" Sam said "yes" I said. "Kian I'm taking Kaitlyn back to LA I'll be back later" "your using my car!" Kian said "omg yes deal with it" I told him. We drove back home and when I got there my dad was there. "Is that his car?" Sam asked "yes.. Please stay" I told him "I'll stay out here" "okay thank you" I told him right before I kissed him "of course" Sam said "I'll be back Sammy" "okay see you soon". I walked in and my parents both looked at me. "Where were you? I told you your dad was coming at 4?" My mom said "I was with Sam sorry" "who is Sam?" My dad asked "my boyfriend "you have a boyfriend?" My dad asked "yeah but that's not what you came for. Why are you here? I asked him. "Don't take this the wrong way, but Kaitlyn you've lived with your mom for 11 years now and I barely get to see you and I want you to come live with me for a while" I swear I stopped breathing. My heart dropped "no" I told him "no? Why not?" He asked " I'm happy here! I'm not leaving! I don't want to live with you, especially with your other wife!" I basically yelled at him. "But your siblings miss you. I miss you and so does Jane" Jane is his other wife. "I don't feel the same way" "why?" "Dad! I'm not coming to live with you. So just drop it" "I hopped it wouldn't come this far but you now have no choice I'm taking your mother to court for custody" he said. When he said that I started crying. "Even if you do, you can't prove mom is a unfit parent. She's a better parent then you'll ever be!" I told him "she's letting you fool around with some boy" he said "he's not some boy! He's my boyfriend, and we're not fooling around. Face it! I'm 17 and have 1 more year left of school. I'm not living with you" I yelled at him "we'll see what the court says about this" I ran outside to Sam
Sam's POV:
I saw Kaitlyn running outside crying. I got out of the car and ran out to her. I hugged her and she fell in my arms. I sat down on the step and put her on my lap. "What's wrong! Why are you crying" I asked her "my dad is taking my mom to court so I can live with him. I hate him!" "What? And no you don't hate him your just made at him" I told her. "No I really do. After he cheated on my mom and got remarried I haven't been able to be around him" she said. I grabbed her hands and looked her in the eyes. "Everything will work out! If and I'm saying if he ends up with custody than we will get through this. Nothing will change between us and we'll still see each other! We've only got 1 more year left of school. Than were free to do what we want. So this will all be okay" I told her. "But what if he does and we don't stay together" she said looking down "that's impossible because that won't happen! I love you and I will never break up with you because your moving! We will get through this. Together" "I hope so. I love you to." She said whipping her face. Her parents walked outside. I could tell this wasn't going to be good. I got all over protective and wrapped my hands around her waist as she was still sitting on me. "Hey Sam" her mom said "hi ms Jen" I told her. "So this is Sam" her dad said "yeah dad this is Sam. My boyfriend" Kaitlyn said. "Hello Sam" "hi Kaitlyn's dad" "call me Robert" "okay hi Robert" I told him. I wasn't sure if this was one of those moments where the dad approves but it doesn't feel right. He's making Kaitlyn feel like crap and not doing anything. "If you came out here to try and change my mind don't try. I'm not" Kaitlyn said "no, I was coming to apologize for being so hard on you" he told her "okay" Kaitlyn said. "I'll see you soon" he said "if you mean in court you won't. I'm not coming" "I'm not referring to that, but you have to go" "mhm" Kaitlyn said. "I love you" he said "okay" Kaitlyn said "tell him you love him! Because I know you do" I said "same" Kaitlyn said "that will have to do at the moment" I said aloud. Her dad left and it was just Kaitlyn me and her mom outside. "I'll let you stay at sam's house tonight. He seems like the only one you want to be around right now" her mom said. I'm surprised she's saying she can stay at my house. Her boyfriend house. "Your letting me stay at sam's?" She said "I know you've been staying there before. I'm your mother I used to do the Same thing. And I trust you" she said. "Thanks mom. I love you. I'll see you soon" Kaitlyn said "love you too" her mom said before she went inside. "I have to go get Kian from the o2l house and then we can go wherever you want" I told her trying to comfort her. "Do they mind if we stay there tonight? After all it's the o2l house and your apart of o2l" Kaitlyn said "yeah we can stay there if you want" I told her "yeah it will be fun being with all the guys." Kaitlyn said. "Okay but your sleeping with me!" I told her with a smile "duh" she said. We got back in the car mad drove back. I noticed she was fixing up her makeup and fixing where she'd been crying with her wipes and little make up bag but it didn't bother me. It was okay. We stopped at Chickfla before we got there. We picked up some food for the guys too because knowing them they haven't ate yet. We got back and brought all of the food in. It was like I was living here again. It was nice being back. We were all eating when Trevor asked "so how long have you guys been together?" "Almost 6 months" Kaitlyn said smiling "wow that's not too bad" he said "what do you mean?" Kaitlyn asked Trevor "I'm surprised you've been able to put up with Sam for that long. He's a animal" "he's not to bad" she said "bad" I said. She started laughing. "Are you guys doing anything for your 6 month anniversary" Connor asked "I don't think so" Kaitlyn said. Haha she doesn't know I'm taking her to Hawaii. But I should probably tell her soon! "Really?" Kian said "yeah" Kaitlyn said. After we all eat we decided to watch a movie. Since we have like freaking 2 couches and 3 chairs we all fit. Like who needs that much chairs. By the end of the movie mostly everybody was asleep. I carried Kaitlyn into the room where we'd be sleeping, set her down and curled up beside her.
