Maria's POV:
I woke up to my phone going off, it was Nick calling. "hello" I said into the phone "heyy... I was wondering if I could pick you up for school?" "um yeah sure" I said " I'll be there in like 20 minutes? Nick said "okay see you soon" I said. I hung up the phone and ran to shower. I quickly showered and than put on a 5 seconds of summer t-shirt and some black high waisted shorts, finally I put some white converse high tops and was almost ready for school. I brushed my hair and teeth, and did my makeup. I put some light foundation on, blush and mascara. I was now ready to go. Wow how did I get ready in 20 minutes? I grabbed a piece of toast and put it in the toaster. I put some Nutella on my bread and grabbed my first bit and I herd a knock on the door. I opened it and it was nick. "Hey beautiful" he told me "good morning" I said blushing. Nick leaned in to kiss me but I pulled away. "What's wrong"' nick asked "I still have food in my mouth" I said. He kissed me anyway and when we pulled away he said "taste like Nutella" we both started laughing "we'd better go to school before were late" nick said. "Okay let's go" he grabbed my hand and we went to the car. Nick was sitting over in the drivers seat trying to start the car but it wouldn't start. "Is everything okay?" I asked "not exactly, call Sam" "I'll call Kaitlyn" I said because it would be weird calling Sam. "Make sure to tell them we need a jumper cable. *calling Kaitlyn* *ring* *ring* "hello?" Sam answered "why are you answering Kaitlyn's phone?" I asked her "because she has my phone" Sam said "why?" I asked "I don't really know, we just trust each other" "okay then. Get Kaitlyn and come help nick and me" I told him "how?" He said "bring a jumper cable to my house". "Okay we'll be right there" Sam said. I hung up the phone and texted sams phone which Kaitlyn had
Me: "find Sam"
Sam (Kaitlyn): "okay, why?"
Me: "because y'all are coming to help me and nick"
Sam (Kaitlyn): "okay on it"
As we waited for Sam and Kaitlyn we mostly spent the time kissing and making out 😂 I herd a knock on the glass and pulled away. It was Sam and Kaitlyn "uhhh" Sam said "you guys done?" Kaitlyn asked "don't act like you and Sam don't kiss" I said laughing "true" Kaitlyn said pulling Sam closer to her and kissing him. *uck um* I said "what" Sam said smiling "stop" I said laughing "never" Sam said pulling Kaitlyn back into him. "We should probably go back to school" Kaitlyn said "yeah you can't skip school again" I told her while glaring at Sam. He looked uncomfortable but it didn't bother me. We went to school and Kaitlyn and Sam went their different ways. Nick and I just went to class ready to see what fun we would have today.
Nicks POV:
Before we went into class I stopped Maria to ask her a important question "hey Maria, will you go on a official date with me tonight?" "Yess" she said "yay ok I'll pick you up at 7" "okay" she said. We went into class and of course we still got stares because it's only been a couple of days since we've started dating. I didn't let them bother me. I've never actually for bothered by the stares. When Maria sat down I grabbed her hand, and we just held hands during class. "No Pda mr Robinson" the teacher said "um were not" I told him. "Holding hands" he said "is not Pda" I told him "are you really going to mouth of to me?" He asked "I'm not though" I told him laughing. "That's it, your going to the principles office" he told me "for what?" I told him "for mouthing off to me and laughing" he said "okay" I said not caring. "If nick has to go to the principles office, than I also want to go" Maria said "no Mara your not coming" I told her. It was sweet of her but she can't get in trouble for my actions. "But I don't want you getting in trouble for no reason" Maria said "it's fine, it's got somewhat of a reason, and I'm not dragging you down in my mess" I told her. "Both of you can go work this out in the principle's" the mr perry said. "No, Maria doesn't need to go to the principles office" I told him "well your going, I don't care if she goes or not" he said. I kissed Maria's cheek and got up to go. I walked out of the principles office and Maria was waiting for me "are you ok? What happened?" She asked "I'm fine, and I just got a couple days" she hugged me and said "I'm glad your okay" "it was just the principles office nothing bad" I told her "okay but still" she said "so how about our date. I better take you home so you can get ready" I said smiling. "Sounds great" Maria said while smiling. I dropped Maria off and got ready for the date. I was all ready and I looked at the clock and saw it was 6:54 I got in my car and headed back to Maria's house. I rang the doorbell and she immediately answered the door. She was wearing a really pretty small pink flower dress, light makeup and pink conserve. "Wow you look amazing" I told her "it's not to much right? I don't wanna overdress for the first date" she said "no it's perfect" I told her. I grabbed her hand and we left. I took her to Taco Bell to grab some tacos (😂) and then we went to the boardwalk. We walked around the beach on the play form for at least half on a hour. It was so perfect. Just relaxing holding hands and walking around a beautiful place was absolutely perfect. I never wanted this to end. We went to watch the sunset on the beach or I thought that's what we were doing. Maria grabbed my hand and ran with me. We put our feet in the water and kept running in and out of the water trying not to get our clothes wet. Re water felt so good with this hot air. Before she decided to get out i grabbed her from behind and hugged her. I rested my head on her shoulder and she rested her little precious head on my shoulder. I pulled her into me and kissed her. It wasn't a peck. It was a real kiss. This was one of the first real kisses we had and I loved it. The sun went down and we went to the car. We laid down on my car watching the stars in the sky. Maria rolled over and asked me "when can we do this again?" "Hopefully soon. I didn't know if you would like this.." I said back "are you kidding? This was perfect! This was the perfect first date" she practically yelled at me "I'm glad you enjoyed it" "I love spending time with you" she said with the redest cheeks. I turned in closer to her and kissed her again.
