Maria's POV:
I woke up not feeling to good. It sucked because Kaitlyn wasn't here for chick flicks and meds and ice cream so feel better. I decided to call Nick and see what he was up to. *phone ringing* "hello" Nick said I'm his deep voice "hey" I said "hey baby what's up?" Nick asked "nothing really" I said. My voice cracked. "What's wrong??" Nick asked "I just don't feel to good today" I told him "I'm on my way" Nick said "oh you are" I said surprised "yes of course" Nick said "aw okay" I said "be there soon" Nick said hanging up the phone. I herd him walking around so I knew he was serious. But Nick wouldn't lie to me. I got up and brushed my teeth, and put my hair in a messy bun and then got flopped on my bed and went on my phone. A few minutes later I herd someone walk in and I knew it was Nick so I didn't worry about getting up "hello??" Nick yelled through the house "upstairs" I said. He than came upstairs to my bedroom. "Hey baby" Nick said giving me a hug "hey" I said smiling. "How are you feeling?" He asked "better than your here" I told him. "Seriously are you sick?" He asked "yeah I still don't feel better. My tummy hurts and I have a headache" I said. He leaned in and hugged my tightly. He leaned away and said "have you ate anything??" "No I literally just woke up before you got here" I said. "Oh yeah I forgot" Nick said "yeah" I said yawning. Nick than laid down next to me and pushed me down. I curled up next to him and shut my eyes. *a couple hours later*. I opened my eyes not being able to see well but I could make out me laying on Nick. He was asleep. I moved around not trying to move him or wake him up but with how much of a clutch I am, I did "hey beautiful" he said "hey nicki!" I told him laughing "hey" he said "hi there" I said "that's not what I mean" Nick said "haha I know" I told him. "Why don't you go shower, and I'll be doing something while you shower" Nick said. "What are you going to do?" I asked him not knowing what he would say "you'll see" Nick said "okay than?" "Don't be worried it's nothing bad" Nick said. I got some high waisted jeans, a tank top, and a oversized hoodie. I hopped in the shower and took my time. As soon as I got out of the shower I smelt food. Aw is he cooking for me. He's the best boyfriend ever. I got my clothes on, put a little bit of makeup on and went down stairs. "What is this??" I asked Nick "a little something for you" Nick said smiling at me "aw Nick" I said grabbing him closer to me. "Haha sike" I shouted backing away from him "haha you thought" Nick shouted pulling me back in. I stood up on my tippy toes and gave him a quick peck and backed away again "I'm going to get you!" Nick said coming closer to me "no your not!" I said running away. "This is a house you can't go far" Nick said laughing. Lucky for me because it's my house and I know good hiding places "mhm sure" I told him. We ran around the house at least 3 or 4 times. I herd him slowing down behind me so I stopped "game over" I said frowning "thank god" Nick said. I laughed at him. "Now can we eat?" He asked "you fixed it, it's your call" I said giggling. "Then let's eat" Nick said
Nick's POV:
I got our plates of food and set them on the table. "Don't hate me" I said "why?" Maria said looking at me with a confused look. "Because I've never really cooked and i don't know if I did well" I explained to her as my voice got softer and softer. "Aw baby it's okay, the only thing that matters is you tried!" Maria said "aw thank yous" I said. "What do you wanna do today?" I asked Maria "ummmm" "we could do anything" I said "well hmmm" Maria said again. "Why don't you think about it and let me know when you figure it out. In the meanwhile we can Netflix and pizza and cuddle?" I asked her "what about your food" Maria said "trash" Maria laughed "okay sounds like part of the day is figured out!"
Hayes' POV:
I plan to go over and surprise des, but I don't know what to do. Do I just show up? Do I get her something? I should probably plan something to do though. Ugh why am I such a bad boyfriend. I mean Sam freaking took Kaitlyn to Hawaii! And her mom approves of him, I've never even met Destry's mom. Is it the fact that she doesn't want me to meet her? These things I should probably talk to Destry about... I got in my car and headed to Destry's house. I got straight out of the car and went to her door. I saw someone else in there with her through the window. Wait what. It's a guy? I rang the door bell waiting for a answer. "Hey" Destry said after she opened the door "hey" I told her looking into her eyes "what" she said blushing. I'm trying to be mad but she's just too cute. "Who's the guy" I blurted out. "Him" she said calling the boys name. "Yeah" I said. I was confused. Was she rally about to show me how his. "This is my moms boyfriend son, he's just my friend-" Destry said. "Oh, I'm sorry I didn't know" I said. Ugh now I feel like a idiot. "It's okay" Destry said grabbing my hands. "I love you" I blurted out. Oops should I have just said that. Her look in her face basically said she didn't love me. "I love you too" she said leaning in to kiss me. I leaned in and kissed her. She pulled away and said "Hayes do you want to meet my mom?" "If you think it's the right time" I told her "I think it is" Destry said. I smiled. "So are we going to do something or just stand in my door way" Destry said giggling. "Wanna do something?" I asked. She just laughed. "Okay, but not another triple date. That didn't go so well" des said "yeah no kidding" I said. "We can do something after my mom and her boyfriend gets his son" "does that mean I'm going to meet your mom today?" I asked her "yes" she said looking as cute as she could. We went into destry's house and cuddled on the couch watching Netflix until her mom came home. She door opened and we quickly got up. "Hey mom" Destry said "hey.. Oh who's this?" She said in a surprised voice "this is my boyfriend Hayes" Destry said "you have a boyfriend?" She asked "yes, hayes" des said "hello Hayes" her mom said "hi Ms Leslie" I said getting up to shake her hand. "How long has this been going on?" Destry's mom asked. "Can we talk over dinner?" Destry asked of course. Only if you help me cook too" Destry's mom said looking at both of us. "We'd love too" I said. We all cooked dinner had a lovely conversation and I think I got her mom to approve me.
