Sierra wanted to tell her mom that she was going to meet the murderer but she didn't know how to. It was 9:30 and Sierra was ready to go. She managed to sneak downstairs and to the front door before getting caught. "Where do you think your going?" her mom asked. "I started this mess and I have to fix it," Sierra said with her hand still on the door handle. Her mom sighed, "Come her dear,". Sierra followed her mom into the kitchen. "Don't you think we should call the police?" her mom asked, "this guy is a dangerous person, you can't deal with him alone?". "But he said to take nothing and no one," Sierra sobbed, "I have no other choice,". "Ok," her mother said thinking, "what if we had police men there so they could arrest him and make him give Bailey up?" "That might work," Sierra said shrugging. "Well we have to try it because your not going in there alone," her mom said picking up the phone. "Go tell your dad what's going on and tell him to stay her with your brother and sister," her mom told Sierra as she dialed 911. "No need, grandmas coming," Sierra's dad said as he came down the stairs. Once the police were notified, the family got into the car. "About a block away we'll drop you off so it looks like you walked the whole way," Sierra's dad said. He pulled the car into an empty parking lot and allowed Sierra to get out. "Sweetheart, be careful," her mom said. Sierra nodded and shut the car door silently. Sierra began walking down the sidewalk towards the alley. "Hello?" she asked. "Hello dear," a man said as he walked from behind a trashcan. "Where's Bailey?" Sierra asked forcefully. "Uh, Uh, Uh," the man said waving his finger," what's the rush?". "We're the rush," the policemen said as they ran out to grab him. "What, you tricked me," the man said as the police slipped the handcuffs on his wrists. "Now where's the girl," a policeman asked. "I'm not telling you," the man mocked. The policemen all pulled out their guns and pointed them at him. "Fine, fine, she's in the trash can," he said looking towards the back of the alley. The policemen ran back there and opened the trashcan. They quickly untied the ropes on her wrists and ankles and helped her out. "Bailey!" Sierra cried as she ran towards her friend,"I'm so sorry, it's all my fault,". "It's ok," Bailey said smiling. "Sweetheart!" Bailey's parents said as they ran over to their daughter. Sierra watched the happy reunion with a smile on her face. "We want to thank you for calling us," a policeman said as he walked up to Sierra, "we've been trying to nab that guy for weeks. Sierra just smiled and the policeman walked away. "Your father and I are so proud of you,".
3 weeks later:
"Great practice ladies," Sierra's coach said as they exited the gym. Bailey jogged up to Sierra, "Sierra can I talk to you?" Bailey asked. "Yeah," Sierra said. "Well first I wanted to thank you for saving me, who knows what that guy would have done to me if you hadn't shown up.." Bailey said. But Sierra interrupted her, "You don't need to thank me, it was my fault to begin with," Sierra said. "But I do need to thank you," Bailey said grabbing Sierra by the shoulders. Sierra smiled and together, they walked out of the gym.
