Karrizma was checked into a hospital, doctors said she had little to no chance of survival.

So, Tay called Karrizma and Leeanna down to the hospital. She remembered Karrizma saying one day that she wanted all of the ones that she loved the most and that loved her the most to be there for her in her last moments, and Tay knew she had to make it happen.

At first it was awkward, the 3 1/2 of them in one room.

The tension was thick.

"I still can't believe she's gone. It feels like the world just got a little darker without her in it." I say, tears streaming down my face.

"I can still remember the way her laugh filled every corner of a room, how she made everything feel lighter, even on the toughest days. There was this one time we were at the park, just a regular Saturday. Nothing big planned—just us, the sun, and a bunch of snacks. She'd always know how to turn a simple moment into something unforgettable."

*FLASHBACK*

I was laying on the grass, staring up at the sky, trying to get away from the noise of life. I heard her voice before I even saw her. "Hey, Lee, you alive over there?" she teased, and I could hear the grin in her voice.

I turned to look, and she was standing there, holding two ice creams like she'd just won an award. "You know I don't do this for just anybody," she said, handing me one. "But for you? I'm feeling generous today."

I laughed, taking the cone. "You better be, 'cause I could've gotten my own."

She plopped down beside me, and we just sat there in silence for a while. There was no rush, no pressure—just us enjoying the moment. Then, out of nowhere, Karrizma nudged me with her elbow. "You ever think about the future?" she asked, her voice soft but serious.

I glanced at her, confused. "What do you mean?"

She stared ahead, watching some kids run by. "Like, what happens after all this?" She waved a hand around, gesturing to everything—the grass, the trees, the people walking around. "When things aren't so... simple, you know? When life gets complicated?"
