okay so I've been getting this question a lot.
Around chapter 11, calum isnt with luke, ash, kate, and mike.
The reason being is because after calum told luke why he's had something to do with katri's suicide and how he was there for it (read "live your life" for the story), luke resented him and never forgave him for letting her go through with it. calum thought it was a stupid reason, but to luke it meant everything. the band eventually broke up c. 2016.
that's why calum isnt with them anymore throughout the story.
