"Get up Tootie Mama!" my mama said. I don't know why she calls me that, lol.
"Yes Ma'am!" I said. I got up, took ah shower, picked out ah outfit & waited for my daddy to take me to school. I got on Instagram then saw that some random number texted me.
?: what's up
me: who's this?
?: who you think?
me: I'm not playing games, bye.
I hate when people wanna play on the phone, irritating.
I get to school, tell my pops I love him then walk in. I see my homie Laina walking towards me smiling.
"what you so happy about?"
"you saw the new boy yet?"
"nah I just got here, you on that?"
*she laughs* "no but you need to be!"
"nah I'm chilling Laina, let's go to class before we're late."
"whatever, but when you see him you not gonna say that."
We get to class & sit down. Mr.Lynn takes roll then tells us to turn in our homework. I walk to his desk then I get called to the office. I walk to the office & the principle tells me to follow her. When I get in her office I see some boy, he fine. . nothing low-key about it!
"Kahari this is our new student Monte, you two have the same classes so show him around & be nice."
"Yes ma'am."
"Get your things & have ah nice day Monte."
"You too Mrs.Sparks."
Dang his voice is deep. We walk out of the office, he starts talking to me.
"So you not gonna talk to me? What ah way to treat the new student."
"My bad. . I'm Kahari."
"I know, so you must be ah trouble maker or something?"
"Why you say that?"
"Mrs.Sparks said 'Be nice.' then gave you ah look so I was thinking 'Uh Oh, this lady stuck me with the devil."
I laugh "nah I'm nice, you'll see."
We walk into class, ah group of girls look at him almost drooling then look at me like I'm crazy then start whispering, I'm used to girls hating though so I just walk to my seat.

I wait for the bus to come cuz mama has to work today so she can't pick me up. I wore my retro 13s today & somebody stepped on em so I'm kinda pissed.
"You sure you not mean? cuz you looking like it. Fix your face!" I was so ready to go off so I turn around but it's Monte.
"Fix my face? Fix that messed up, supposed to be ah Boosie fade but you missed the mark, think I'm ah fine mf but really not haircut you call yourself having."
"Girl you know you like this so quit flexing on ah nigga like you don't want me! I know you do."
"pshh, if anything, you want me!"
"You act like I said I didn't, forreal tho. . I can't lie, you fine."
"I know, you didn't have to tell me."
"Ha, so you being cocky?"
"Nah, here's my bus so bye."
