Kahari POV
I think I made Monte mad when I left with Dominic the other night. He probably think something happened, it kinda didn't but ..
*2 days earlier*
"That's messed up, you gonna be okay tho?" Dominic asks, we're sitting on his front porch.
"Yeah, it doesn't hurt my feelings or anything but I don't know how i'ma deal with it cuz I'm not with baby mama drama."
"I feel you. You know I'm here whenever you wanna talk tho."
"Yeah I know." He scoots closer to me & lifts my chin with his finger, looks deep into my eyes then leaned in to kiss me. Right before our lips met I pulled back. "This is wrong Dominic."
He gets up. "Yeah you right." He walks to his car & cranks it up to take me home. Dom & I have ah friendship where I can always count on him but I know he has ah love for me that's deeper than friendship, it's crazy he told me the night me & monte started going together.
*back to the present*
I think i'ma tell Monte what happened but he's almost to my house so I'll wait until he gets here. After about 10 minutes he pulls up & I let him in.
"So what if it's your baby?" I ask.
"I'ma take care of it but coming from you, what if it's my baby?"
"I'ma stick by your side, I'm not leaving unless you push me away." He kisses me.
"I love you Kahari."
"I love you too big head."
*1 month later*
Monte POV
My phone starts ringing.
"Hello?"
"Ariah is going into labor! She's at the hospital on the east side, hurry up." Her cousin says. I hang up & call Kahari, she's gonna meet me there.
I walk in & then Kahari walks in. They tell me I can go back there cuz she keeps asking for me. I walk in & she starts screaming.
"Get over here Monte! Now!" I go over there & she starts squeezing my hand then starts pushing.
"1 .. 2 .. 3 PUSH! 1 .. 2 .. 3 PUSH! One more time! 1 .. 2 .. 3 PUSH!" The doctor says. Then I hear ah baby crying, the doctor wipes him off then gives him to Ariah. I don't hold him, they take him away. We do the test & I leave the hospital with Kahari, knowing ah piece of me is still there.
I wanted to do another chapter before I went to sleep & go read my other book "Thuggette" enjoy (:
