Kahari POV
Tonight is my date with Monte. I'm nervous but i'ma shake it off. I got outta the shower & put on lotion. I twisted the front of my hair on both side & pinned it to the back letting the rest of my hair fall. I put on ah white half shirt with some pink shorts that fade into purple at the bottom, some silver Toms & ah blue jean vest with diamond studs.
"Let's do this dirty laundry, dirty laundry. ." I see my iPhone ringing & Monte's name & picture pops up.
"Hello?" I say.
"You ready?"
"Hey to you too Monte."
"I'm sorry ma, just ready to see you I guess." I give him directions to my house then I hang up. I walk downstairs, kissed mommy & daddy & tell them my plans. I hear ah horn then walk out but daddy is behind me, oh God.
Monte gets out & opens the door for me.
"Hey Mr. Jones." Monte says.
"Whassup man. Listen here, that girl in your car is my daughter, my pride & joy. She better be back at 10:45 .. Let her get here any later, it's gon be me & you." He says so seriously.
"Yes sir, no problem."
"Oh I know." He smiles in the car at me. "Have fun daddy's baby." I smile at him. Monte gets in the car & pulls off.
"Man this my first time coming to your house & soon as I get there i get threatened, dang." I laugh.
"Pops don't play. Where we going?"
"Just sit back & ride." 20 minutes later we pull up to the mall. We get out & he grabs my hand. We walk in & I see forever 21, I run straight in. I pick up stuff I want & pay for then we walk out.
"This must be your favorite store?"
"Yup, this & the Nike store." We turn the corner & that's exactly what I see. I walk in & this cute employee walks up to me smiling.
"Can I help you?"
"Yeah, are y'all getting the new Lebron's?
"Yup but for now, you see anything else you like?" Monte walks up & sees how hard the dude is looking at me, he puts his arm around my waist & pulls me too him.
"Not right now, I'll just look around. Thanks tho." He sees Monte's hand then walks off. I buy some orange & white elite socks & we walk out.
"You jealous or something?" I ask.
"You hungry or something?"
"Aww, Monte's jealous!" I grab his cheeks like someone's granny. He pulls away.
"Man chill, ain't nobody jealous."
"I think I want another pair of socks, i'ma go back." I turn around & he pulls me back.
"Heck naw, you buggin'." I bust out laughing. It's cute that he's jealous. We walk to the food court & get some Chinese then go to the arcade. I go straight to the motorcycle (I'm such ah kid) I get coins then hop on. When it's over I see Monte where the basketball thing is, I walk over to him.
"Bet you can't beat me tho." I tell him.
"Get over here." We play & he beats me by 4 points & he rubs it in my face.
"I don't care Monte!"
"Aww, sore loser?" He gets all in my face & I push him off. "Don't act like you don't like me on you!" I laugh & we walk to the car. It's 9:30 now but we still have time to kill. We just ride around downtown, the lights are so pretty. He goes to ah park & cuts the car off. I look up at the stars.
"Let's get out." He says. We walk down to the lake. He pushes me & I almost fall into the water but he catches me, I gasp cuz my heart dropped. I start hitting him. He picks me up & holds me in the air O_o .. Ole boy strong.
"Let me down!" He throws me in the air & catches me like i'ma kid. "Ahhh!" I scream. "Please let me down!" He does & I go sit down looking mad. He comes over & stands in between my legs.
"You mad?" He asks in ah baby voice.
"No get up out my face!" He gets closer. "I'm about to punch you, move." He leans in & kisses me. When I tell you sparks fly, yes Lord they did!
"You still want me to get out your face?"
". . . Nah" He starts kissing me again & I wrap my arms around his neck, he wraps his arms around my waist. After ah few minutes I pull back. "You gotta get me home, ion want daddy driving you away." He laughs.
"So i'ma keeper?"
"Maybe, maybe not." We get in & start riding to my house. The One by Tamar comes on & he starts singing.
"The way we kissed it felt so personal, you took the chance to get my love & now you know!" I bust out laughing.
In my best Biggie voice I say "It was all ah dream!" I'm still laughing at him.
"You singing to me?" I ask.
"Nah, you not special!"
"Oh I'm not?" I ask.
"Man heck yeah you are." He turned the radio down "Way more than you know." I just smile. We made it to the house at 10:30 & he walks me to the door.
"I had fun with you." He says.
"I did too, i'ma see you tomorrow."
"I need something from you." I look up at him & smile. He licks his lips then leans down & bit my bottom lip asking for entrance. I let him in & we kiss for about 2 minutes. I pull away then walk inside. His kisses make my knees weak. 😍
