Birthday Part 1

 

   Today is Logan's birthday. He's 18 now. I wake up early to get some of his presents out. Me and Emma got some presents from other friends and us. We are throwing him a surprise party at his house. His mom called some of their family that they haven't seen in years. She also called long time friends from way back. I'm excited to see his reaction. He deserves the happiness because of the tragedies that has happened to him. I want him to forget all of the sadness and fill it with joy and love. Emma and I get up at the same time to get breakfast for the boys and Logan's presents. We decided to not get dressed because we are lazy people. We started walking to the elevator. "I'm excited to see Logan's face. I hope he will be happy with everything that's going to happen," I say and sign to Emma. 

    "Don't worry. He is going to love it. I haven't see him this happy in forever," Emma says/signs. I smile to myself. I never thought I could make him that happy. 

    "Well, for the start on the day, what is his favorite breakfast food?" I ask. 

    "I'm pretty sure it's blueberry waffles. He gets them every time at Waffle House and some times IHOP. If not, french toast with chocolate chips and powered sugar. I know he loves that," Emma answers. 

    I nod my head, taking the information. We get to the breakfast buffet to see what they have. Emma is  getting Michael's breakfast, and I am getting Logan's breakfast. We split to get breakfast. I decided to get his blueberry waffles and toast with chocolate chips and powdered sugar, because they didn't have french toast. I got also his favorite fruit, Pineapple. I get a cup of milk, and wait for Emma to finish getting Michael's breakfast. I from what I could see on for Michael's plate was pancakes, a chocolate muffin, and grapes. She get's him a drink, and walks over to me. I smile "Ready?" I ask. 

    "Yup! I'm ready! Let's go!" she smiles, and we back to our room. 

    I put our card in our slot thing on the door to open it. I walk in to see the boys are still asleep. I smile at them because they look so cute! I place the plate of food on the island next to the bed. I gently shake Logan's shoulder. His eyes flutter open. Once he see's me, he smiles and takes my hand. "Happy Birthday Logan!" I whisper.

    "Thanks. I smell food. Did you already eat?" he asks. 

    "Not yet, but I do have something for you. Sit up," I tell him. He smirks at me and sits up. I then hand him his breakfast. He looks down at the plate wide eyed. He smiles, and he looks up at me. 

    "Breakfast in bed?" he asks.

    "Yeah! Is this okay?" I ask worried that he might not have liked this. 

     "It's perfect. Thank you so much. You've already done a lot for me. I can't thank you enough," he smiles. I smile back. 

     "Well, you're very welcome. Enjoy," I say, kissing him on his cheek. 

     Once Michael and Logan finished their food, we all got dressed. Logan thankfully loved all of his food. It was nice to have that correct today. I just hope that every thing else goes right. We all walk outside and go to our car. "Alright! So, Logan, you are going to go with Michael and Emma for some fun times with your best friends," I say to him.

    "Where are you going?" he asks. 

    "Out," I say. "I can't tell you. I'll see you in a bit." I reach up on my tip toes to give him a quick kiss on his soft lips. 

    "Okay then, be safe," he says. 

    I walk backwards to my car. "I always am. Don't worry. Go have fun," I smile. He nods his head and walk over to Michael and Emma. 

    I get in to my car and start driving to his house. I have the presents, balloons, and party items in my trunk. As I was driving to his house I see that Logan kept texting me. I don't know why his worried at me  on his birthday. I gets it's a side-affect of dating someone you really like. I guess it's because I didn't tell him where I was going, but I want this to be the best surprise. 

    I finally get to his house. I get all the stuff I need, and I go over to knock on the door. His mom opens the door with Logan's baby brother, Jacob. She smiles once she sees me. "Are you ready to get the party on?" she asks. 

   I smile wide and nod my head. "This is going to be the best birthday ever, I hope"

AH, HI! I updated! YAY! I know it's like SUPER short BECAUSE Logan's chapter is going to be EXTRA long with his time with M and E and his b-day! I can't wait for you to see the next chapter guys!
