Author's POV
Beca parked her bike in front of the apartment building and went on her phone before clicking the contact. "Hey, I'm downstairs", she said. "Give me a few minutes, still getting ready! I'll be down soon", Izzie's voice echoed through her phone speaker. "Trying to look good for me, are you now?", Beca smirked. "Hmm, maybe", Izzie said. "Alright then, I'll see you in a bit", Beca said before hanging up. She sat on her bike and scrolled on her phone for a few minutes before she hears Izzie's voice. "Hey there", she said, walking to Beca. Izzie was wearing a long-sleeved black top and paired it with red-checkered skirt and fishnets. "Well, you are trying to look good for me, aren't you?", Beca smirked and got off her bike. "Hope you're okay with this, Emily took my car", she turned to her bike and got an extra helmet. "You're gonna lose some points for messing up my hair but maybe you can win those back", Izzie smirked before Beca placed the helmet on her head and got on her bike. She offered her hand to Izzie, helping her get on the bike.
"Well, this is a nice spot", Izzie smiled as they walked in. "Yeah, busted my ass for a reservation", Beca let out a light laugh. "Well, aren't I a lucky girl?", Izzie teased and sat down on the chair that Beca pulled for her. "Took you long enough to take me on a date", she said after they ordered. "My bad on that, just been a very tough time to think about dating", Beca smiled awkwardly. "Let me guess, the teacher?", Izzie sipped her drink and Beca's eyes widened. "You knew?", she asked. "Yeah, from like day one. It was too weird for a teacher to be that invested in their student's dating lives", she laughed. "Tell me about her then, what happened?", she asked. Ï won't bore you with the details but basically she left me without saying anything about a year ago and now she has suddenly uh- reappeared with a girlfriend", Beca explained. "Yikes. Well you know what they say, nothing's better than making your ex regret their decision", Izzie smirked. "Is that a famous saying? I've never heard of it before", Beca laughed. "Well I made it up but it will catch on soon, trust", and they both laughed. "But I'm serious though, the only way to get back at her is to make her regret dumping you like that. Just a little reminder of what she's missing out on", Izzie said. "Well said", Beca replied. They both spent the dinner talking about loads of different things and Izzie gave an overall plan of the charity work that she's currently doing.
"So, are we getting desserts or?", Izzie smirked. "I have a better idea for dessert in mind", Beca replied with another smirk on her face. Before she could say anything else, she felt Izzie's feet rubbing up on her leg which took her by surprise. "Oh really? I was hoping you'd rip these fishnets anyways", Izzie smiled and watched as Beca got the bill before they hurriedly left the restaurant to go home. By the time they got to the door, Izzie's lips were pressed against Beca's necks, leaving small traces of kisses on it while Beca unlocks the door. Once they're in, Beca pushed Izzie against the door and started the kissing her rough until she heard a cough and they both broke apart. Beca turned to see Emily, Stacie, Aubrey and Chloe standing in the kitchen. Staring at them. "Uh- why don't you wait for me upstairs and I'll see what this cult meeting is about?", Beca looked at Izzie who just chuckled and made her way up. "What's going on? Did I forget to do the dishes or something?", Beca chuckled and took of her jacket as she walked to them. "You're in a fucking fight club?", Emily crossed her arms. Beca felt a heavy weight on her chest. "Wh- what- Chlo", she turned to meet Chloe's eyes who had a sad guilty look on her face. "What the fuck are you running your mouth around for?", Beca looked at her. "Becs, they need to know", Chloe said.
"It's not your place. You're not my girlfriend anymore, you don't get the right to just run off and tell people things", Beca snapped. "Enough. I don't care about any of that. How long have you been there?", Emily asked. "Just a few months, it's nothing serious, Em", Beca sat down and dropped her face in her hands. "Nothing serious?! You call coming home every night looking like you got ran over by a truck 'nothing serious'? Beca, you could've died", Emily said and sat down across from her. "But I didn't, did I? Plus, the fucking therapist suggested it and you lot were the ones pushing me to go to that bullshit weren't you?", Beca looked up. "Why the fuck would a therapist tell you to join a fight club, Beca?", Stacie asked. "I mean she didn't tell me directly, she just said it'd be healthy for me to let out things my way. And unfortunately, that's one of my ways and it happened to work so what's the big deal?", Beca said in frustration. "The big deal is that you're putting your life on the line for what? Adrenaline?", Emily asked. "Look, fine. It's fucked up. But it helped. It really did but I promised you I'm gonna get better didn't I? I won't go anymore, I swear. I cut that off already, last night was the last time. I promise", Beca said before she stood up. "Beca, I think we're just concerned that-", Chloe approached Beca before she backed away. "No. You don't get an opinion on this. You don't get to be concerned about me. It's your fucking fault anyways", Beca chuckled lightly. "Real mature, Becs", Chloe scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"Oh you wanna talk about mature? Chloe, you couldn't even have one conversation with me about your life. You just decided, 'You know what I'm gonna move to a whole different continent and not tell my girlfriend, she'd be fine'-", Beca let out. "Oh come on, how long are you gonna hold that against me, Becs? I apologised over and over, what more do you want from me?", Chloe asked. "Let's all just drop everything and help Beca cause God forbids she gets uncomfortable or anything right? Do you not think about what you're doing to people? Fine, you don't have to think about me. I'm a nobody right. But at least think about Emily. She has stuck her neck out for you for as long as I can remember and you're being a prick!", Chloe let out. "Oh I'm the prick?! God's sake, Chloe! I-", Beca was about to go off before Aubrey cut her off. "Alright that's enough. Both of you are immature. Now, that wasn't the reason we're standing here. Becs, we just care about you. Like I said, just get your shit together man.", Aubrey said. Beca sighed as walked to Emily and sat down. "It's done. I swear. No more fight clubs, no more secrets. I promise. You can cut my pinky off if I broke the promise", Beca smiled. "No more secrets. Please. And no more hurting yourself", Emily looked at her to which she nodded to. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have company. We can talk more in the morning but it's just really bad to leave your guests unattended", Beca smiled and walked up the stairs.
She went into her room to find Izzie comfortably laying on her bed. "Sorry about that, pretty, now where were we?", she smirked and got on top of her. "Something about desserts was it?", Izzie asked before pressing her lips on Beca's. Beca pinned her arms down on the bed and started kissing her neck. "Now I want you to moan and I want you to moan loud. Do you understand me?", she asked to which Izzie nodded to. "I said do you understand me?", Beca repeated herself and tightened her grip around Izzie's wrist. "The louder you moan, the harder I'll fuck you, understand?", she asked. "Yes, Beca".
