Three hours later, landing at Pearson International in Toronto, [Y/N] just couldn't stop thinking about Cody. She tried to read on the plane; it obviously didn't work. But then she told herself to calm down because she only knew him for four days. After she told herself this one hundred times over and over again, she felt the rose pendant around her neck and she'd have to start all over again. They got out of the airport, waited for their luggage, retrieved it, and they went into the official 'lobby' of the airport. There stood [Y/F/N] and [Y/N]s parent, and [Y/N] wasn't as happy to see them as she thought she would be. It was, kind of, partially their fault right now that she wasn't with Cody this very moment. She hugged her parents half- heartedly, and [Y/F/N] immediately went to get some good old Tim Hortons at the other side of the lobby. [Y/N]s parents sensed that she was holding back something, but of course, [Y/N] didn't tell them about anything, at all. They said good bye to [Y/F/N] and her family, and, as her dad grabbed her luggage, she received a text. Her mom shook her head, and muttered, "Back with her family after a week, and already shes texting." [Y/N] pretended not to hear her and her heart went into overdrive as she saw Cody had texted her. "Who's that, [Y/N]?" her dad asked, picking up the luggage and placing it in the trunk. (They reached their car.) "Uhm, a friend." she said, too busy texting back to give any more details. 'have a safe flight?' he asked her. 'yeh, was sad thou, u werent with me:(' she replied back and sighed. What if he forgot about her? And moved on to a different girl? No, he wouldn't do that. But she only knew him for a few days. No, she thought again. He definately would NOT do that. She drove in the car in silence, until she decided to turn on the radio, so she wouldn't be alone with her thoughts. Her parents tried to tune her in on conversation, but she just answered with one word syllables. "Was the trip fine?" her mom asked. "Yea." she replied. "You got enough to eat, right?" she asked again. "Yea." she replied tonelessly. Cody texted back, 'dw bout it. gtg shawn needs to take to me atlantic records. workin on new track. pce [Y/N].' and he sent her a heart. She sighed and turned on the radio. "YOU SHOULD BE MY GIRLFRIEND ALL DAY..." blasted the speakers. [Y/N] froze. Why did this song have to be on ? But it was ending, so she decided to keep it on, just plug her ears. Then the next song came on. She burst out crying... "...nights in Paris, used to feel so right, rather stay in my hotel, talk to you all night...evenings in London, never felt so sad, I wish you were here to share these days so bad..." She missed him so bad... just hearing his voice and familiar accent made her burst out crying. Luckily, they were pulling up on the driveway, and she ran to escape her parents questions about why she was crying. She muttered some lame excuse that 'she was just sooo happy to be home' before giving them a weak hug and running off. She burst into her familiar lime green room, and jumped on the bed, boots on and all. Just then she received a text. 'b4 i work on my track i just wanna tell u ur my fav girl;)loveyou.haha;)' she didn't reply. She felt so miserable. Then she had a thought. Whats the point of mourning? She knew she was going to see him again. She felt it in her bones. She wiped her face and changed into her sweats. She turned on her music on her cellphone, clicked "Evenings In London" and shut the lights. She cuddled her favourite stuffed bear, and laid there, letting his soft voice fill her up. ...'jet setter life I'm leading, should I be coming home to you?' he sang. Yes, yes you should Cody... and she fell asleep.
