"I feel nervous!! Oh gosh! It's now or never!!!" Jean says as she skips one foot at a time to release her nervousness,

"This is the time of our lives!" Gail on the other hand keeps on twirling around while she's holding both side hems of her dress,

"I will never forget how we all look tonight!" Matt on the other hand fixes his bowtie,

"I'll be looking forward for the highlights of this event!!" Dean checks on the full crowd below, Nina and Ashley are with us, Ashley looks amazed, because this is her first formal function, and she just sits on a corner and watches each and every one of us with awe in her eyes.

I stepped out of the dressing room; I am wearing the dress Harold brought when he and his former Secretary went on an out of town business function.

The first to have notice me is Matt, well, the guy never lost his charm all this years, looking so handsome in his sleek tuxedo, well actually he's talking to his beau when he noticed me, making the latter look around and I get the same reaction. My smile just got wider from these gentlemen; I walk towards them and tap Dean's chin to close his mouth,

"You look gorgeous yourself Deany." I said as I walk past him, Gail who's sitting beside Ash nods at me approvingly,

"What the!?" Jean cut her words when I curtsy on her, "Where did you get that dreamy piece of cloth???" she intrigues me, I twirl in front of her before saying,

"My prince charming brought me this as his peace offering." I enlightened them, Nina held my hands,

"Isn't my daughter-in-law to be, beautiful?" she teases, but what really made me blush was her acknowledgement of me being her future daughter-in-law.

"She's every men desire." I am actually surprise to hear it from Matt who still looks bewitched by my look for tonight.

I saw Dean cringe at Matt's comment, making me hug Dean dearly, the least I wish to happen tonight is to have drama.

"Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for waiting for this very handsome man, I—" Victor's appraisal of himself was cut short when he got a close look at each and every one of us.

"Wow. I think I over miscalculate your appearancestonight guys, my bad." He looks at each one of us and keeps nodding his head in approval,

"So shall we all conquer this event with our killer looks, shall we?!" Ashley ran to him with a wicked grin, Victor kissed her head and reminded her,

"No fishy antics tonight, okay?" Ash just nods her head; she really is a polite and obedient child, Nina walks beside me, we hold hands,

"I am so thrilled that he's actually welcoming you in his world." I whispered to her, she clasps my hand tighter,

"It's feels surreal; my little boy is already a man." There's a hint of cry in her voice, I understand how overwhelmed she is now, and it feels great to see them together, making up for the time that has been stolen from them.
