Madelyns pov
'Umm my stomach feels weird, maybe I'm coming down with something, it was probably something.' I whined trying to sound convincing.
'Good try.' He smirked pulling me out the car. He dragged me into the sandy beach and kicked sand up in front of him.
'I-I can't go in the water.' I blurt out.
'Really?' He smirked. We were getting close to the water now and I started panicking.
He finally let go and made his way to the waves. He took his shirt off only leaving on his shorts. He turned around to look at me with a confusing look.
'What?' I asked him.
'Why aren't you attracted to this?' He said gesturing to his upper body.
Holy fudge, if only you knew how hard it is to pretend otherwise.
'Should I be?' I asked innocently.
'Well, all girls are.'
Yes, yes and I'm unfortunately one of them so please put on your shirt otherwise I will start hyperventilating and loose control!
'Nuh-uh, I'm not going in.' I say changing the subject. I stood my ground calmly. He swirled his hands in the water then looked up at me
'Really?' He asked. Then he starting making his way over to me. Oh this isn't good. This is worse than good, this is-
'Alec....' I warned.
What am I supposed to say? He was nearly to me now and he has wet hands. So I thought of the only thing I could think of to stop him. But obviously it wasn't true.
'I'm on my period! Stop!' I yelled at him. He paused and rubbed the back of his neck.
'Sorry.' He mumbled.
'It okay... But you go for a swim, I'll just sunbake.' I smirked.
I had an idea.
'Okay?' He replied looking at my curiously.
Off he went and dived into the water. He jumped over some waves and started swimming.
I slowly lifted my finger up, concentrated before flicking it up making an unexpected wave crash in to him. I laughed evilly.
That was for calling me sweetheart.
Once he got up above the water I did it again making another wave crash into him.
That was for nearly kissing me when I had a boyfriend!
He stood up and looked over to me with a shocked expression. As he was just about to walk up to me I secretly waved my finger to dump another wave on him from behind.
That was for bringing me to the beach and for nearly throwing me in the water.
He got up and stumbled a bit. I took my chance to laugh as I got up and made my way towards him. I stopped were I saw the sand was damp and looked at him.
He smiled and splashed water in my direction but missed. Thank god! I poked my tongue out.
'Missed.' I commented.
'Well it's a pity for you since you can even get me.' He smirked. I raised an eyebrow.
'Oh really?' I asked.
'Yep.' He said popping the "p"
I looked at him with my devilish smile as he tried to splash water in my direction again. But failed.
