Teenage Summer (One Direction Fanfic)

Chapter 2

Lorraine and I decided to go to Starbucks after school to celebrate graduating. As, we walked in, the bell connected to the door rang loudly, and our random giggles filled the room. Five heads snapped our way to see Harry, and Liam, and everyone. Harry’s lips twisted into a smirk as he waved me over. I looked at where Lorraine used to stand to see her molded into Liam’s side, blushing brightly against her porcelain cheeks. Aw. They are just too cute.

            I looked over at Zayn to see him flirting with the cashier, uh, Perrie, I think her name is. They worked well together, yet seem so different. They’ll be together soon, though. I can feel it. Oh, yeah Harry.

            I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino, and got ready to pay, but he stopped me, and did it for me. Aw, how sweet. “So, Ashley, do you want to go to a drive-in type movie with me tonight? The boys are all also going, and bringing dates, and, ah, yeah.” He awkwardly scratched the back of his neck and let out a nervous chuckle, his cheeks turning bright red. Wow, the biggest bad boy is actually getting nervous around me. He will never, ever live this down.

            I reached up on my tippy-toes and tapped him lightly on the nose. “I told you earlier if you ever wanted to go out, I’m free, babe.” I kissed him lightly on the cheek. A date tonight, yay.

 He blushed and shuddered when I kissed him. How adorable?!?!!?

 Harry then clamed down to his regular cool self and said, "Well, it starts soon later, so we'll just chill here and then go, love", he said in that husky voice that turned me on.

                                                Lorraine’s POV

            I quickly dashed away from Ash, and molded into Liam the second he waved me over, imitating Harry. It felt so right and warm underneath his tall frame. God, I’m so fucking short, ha. Li bend down to press his lips against my cheek, and smiled lightly. I almost can’t believe he’s considered a bad boy. He’s like a teddy bear.

            “Babe, the boys and all of us are going to a drive-in movie tonight. Will you go with me? I think Harry’s gonna ask Ash, so you might not feel all alone and your the first person I thought of to ask.” Aw, he’s so fucking sweet. Always making sure I feel comfortable.  

            “Well, if you guys and my hoebag are going, how can I be expected to say no?” I giggle lightly, feeling his body shake from small chuckles. I feel so amazing. I finally have my dream guy.

 Liam and I went up to get Java chip Frappuccinos as Ashley and Harry left the cashier, Liam paid like the gentleman he is....

 We sat back down and him and I talked about our date later tonight, and tomorrow. I really REALLY liked this boy. He was so thoughtful, so sweet, so brave, so selfless, and he was a badboy at times, too which was SOO sexy. I think I was going to have the best summer ever, he would be the BEST summer love in my whole life, I can tell....

 Soon, time flew by with Ashley and me flirting and chatting with our guys, and everything was perfect. Soon Louis called, "Hey movie is gonna start in like 15 minutes! Let's go!".

 Soon we found ourselves in two separate cars, driving to the movies with a fun ride. Liam and I were in the back of Zayn's truck, Liam was so calm and steady, like a rock, as I held on tightly to his chest (my excuse was that the road was bumpy :) ), and we eventually stood up together feeling the wind blow against us as we drove fast; his hard body behind me, his arms gently holding my waist as we enjoyed this drive. Soon, way too soon, we reached the drive in movies.

 It was a scary movie! (More the reason for me to hold Liam tightly and cuddle with him).

 Zayn parked the truck horizontally, so that me and Liam could still be in the back, but see the movie. The others went in to the other car, or went on to blankets on the ground. Except for Louis, he just stayed inside Zayn's truck watching, with only Marie, but he wasn't interested, she was just a friend. I felt bad, but I was caught up in this beautiful moment.....

                                                Zayn’s POV

            I know something bad is going to happen, I can just feel it. I really like this new girl Perrie I met at Starbucks, and I don’t want her involved with our gang shit. We brought her along to the movies.

  She’s so gorgeous; she has shoulder length, pink ombre type hair, lighter on top, dark at the bottom, is average height, skinny, and has beautiful blue eyes coated with black eyeliner. I really, really like her.

            I heard a couple of whispers behind us. “Is that them?” “Aw, fuck, they brought girls.”  ”What do we do? Beat them up like we planned?”. Oh no, I shot Niall a glance, and he wrapped his harm protectively around Veronica, the girl he brought. I saw Harry tense. Harry and I stood up to go behind us and confront the guys. Liam had just did the 'yawn casually and put my arm around her shoulder' move on Lorraine, and she cuddled him sweetly. But, once he saw the other gang, he stood up, in front of her protectively, and jumped off.

  Ugh, they were the North Side gang, and they hated us. I cracked my knuckles, and shot my arm forward, making a clean, perfect shot to the jaw of one of the guys. He was knocked to the ground, groaning. Then that's how our small gang fight begun.

         The fight ended with us winning, but I had a broken nose, and Harry was knocked unconscious. The other boys jumped in the fight later on, without a scratch, as the girls watched in awe. I didn’t want them to see this side of us.it might scare them off.

            Ashley slowly came up to me before she gave me the bro hug, saying that was “Motherfucking awesome!” What a lucky girl for Harry. Now, let’s get him up.

  Lorraine looked scared a little at first, like I had expected, but she then cuddled Liam and smiled with much pride in him. Good, he needs a girl who can handle that.

 We beat the North side gang, AGAIN, and I don't think they'll come back for more! We all snagged on to hot girls, except for Louis, he only brought Marie cuz she's a friend but he'll find a girlfriend, and we all are happy. I swear, somehow, this must be the start of an amazing summer!
