"Where were you yesterday? I was calling you and shit." I asked Shawn as we were walking down the sidewalk.

"Remember ole shorty house I said I was going ta?" I nodded.

"Yeah, I went ova thea and we was getting our freak on right. Until I'm guessing her sista barged in there, guess who the fuck it was."

"Who?"

"Katey!" I frowned.

"Allyson nigga?"

"Yeah! That bitch thea." I shook my head then bust out laughing.

"What's funny?"

"Ain't that the broad from the store!" I said leaned over laughing. He sucked his teeth.

"It is! Ahhh." He pushed me,

"Shut the fuck up Jay." I wiped my tear before I took a deep breath.

"So the girl you was getting your freak on with," I said making parentheses with my fingers "Is store allyson sister?"

"I'm guessing it is."

"Boy you done fucked up." I shook my head.

" I know man, I know."

"Did you do anything stupid?" Knowing Shawn, he does stupid shit.

"Well..." he trailed off. I shook my head,

"What did you do?"

"Kyla told me to hide, I went in the closet and was peeping through the crack." I nodded to let him know to continue.

"And I wanted a closer look to see if it really was Katey, so I came out the closet and greeted her." He said while he shrugged his shoulders.

I sucked my teeth and slapped him in the back of the head.

"Really nigga, that wasn't no meet and great! Fuck wrong with you Shawn."

"I wanted to see if it really was her! Shit." I shook my head, I swear this nigga be dumb as hell sometimes.

"Lets go Shawn, you really testing my patience." I chuckled. We walked across the street, heading into the corner store.

Nia Harris •

I wrapped my arms around Willie's neck and smiled.

"You make me so happy." I said laying my head in the crook of his neck.

"You make me happy too." He said as I smirked. I looked up at him,

"You think Tavaris and Delilah are going to finally get their stubborn asses together?" He chuckled.

"I don't know, I hope so because he hasn't had a girl since his last one. That was about a couple years ago."

"Delilah don't believe in no man being in her presence." I shook my head.

"They'll come around though." I sighed.

Tavaris Braxton •

I heard a knock at the door, I looked down at my watch seeing she was on time. I straightened up the table one more time before going to open the door.

I opened the door and she stood there with her hair pinned to the side with a long black dress on, that showed part of her stomach. She had on red heels, with red lipstick.

I let her walk in, closing the door behind her. I cleared my throat, fixing my jacket.

She strolled in the kitchen.

"It looks nice in here."

"Thank you, I tried." I walked over and pulled out her chair for her.

"You look gorgeous." I said while pushing her chair in. She smiled,

"Thank you, you don't look so bad yourself." I chuckled,

"Ahah, well you know a brother can clean up to." We both shared a laugh.

I went over to the counter and got our plates and set them on the table.

I sat down in my chair and just took in her appreance. She looked up from her plate.

"What?" I smirked,

"Nothing your just so gorgeous to me. From your smile to everything." She couldn't help but smile.

"Thats something I've never heard." I lifeted my eyebrow.

"Really? Thats ridiculous. You should hear that everyday."

"Oh stop." I grabbed her hands and rubbed them with my thumbs.

"I'm serious Delilah." She looked at me, with hurt in her eyes.

"Don't look at me like that, I meant everything that I just said."

"Seriously..?" I nodded.

"Yes and there's something I wanna talk about, I wanna finish our conversation from earlier."

She moved around in her seat, signalling she was nervous.

"You nervous?" She nodded.

"Don't be."

"Say what you have to say."

"I want to be with you."

Delilah Parker

I was taken aback from what he said.

"With me, Why..?"

"Because I love how you carry yourself, you always put up a fight. I know before you were always negative towards me and I understood that because of your past."

I sighed.

"But baby I want to be your present and future, I want to help you persue your dreams, as well as you help me pursue mines. I just want to hold you every night and keep you safe."

I let out a small smile.

"Delilah will you be my girl?" I sat there and bit my lip before speaking,

"Yes." His eyes widened,

"For real? You not fucking with me is you?" I laughed.

"Not at all." He let out a cheesy smile and I couldn't help but smile too.

He stood up and picked me up from my chair and kissed me. He rubbed his thumb across my cheek,

"I can finally say your mine, Delilah."

"And I can say your mine too." I said as I entwined my hand in his.

Trenton Vandell •

I walked inside my house, closing the door behind me and locking it.

I took off my jacekt and layed it across the chair, sitting down. My arm was in a decent condition now.

I haven't heard from Jayce since the day he called me asking was I "okay". He seriously has jokes, but I'm not for it.

I put my face and my hands and sighed. I miss Delilah, I know what y'all saying... I always beat her and never showed affection. Its hard sometimes, because I didn't want her to leave me.

Plus, she never gave me what I wanted.

I got up, grabbing my jacket. Slanging it across my shoulder, heading towards the bathroom to take a shower.
