My alarm clock woke me up at 6:00a.m., and I struggled to find the off button. I fell back onto my back not wanting to get up for school. I just wanted to close my eyes for a few minutes and have my last few minutes to relax before having to get up and ready for the first day of misery for the next 10 months, but at least I graduate this year.

I found myself thinking about the dream I had last night. It still felt so real to me and I don't know why.  It was like I was acually there. The guy, the pain, it was all so real. I really need to snap out of it. It was just a dream and I need to get over it. I rested my eyes to relax but just when I thought I was going to get away with it my sister Dallas came bursting in my room. I knew it was to good to be true. No final relaxation for me.

"Carrie! Get up girl! I want to do your hair and makup!" She said impatiently as she grabbed my hand to lead me to the bathroom.

"Alright, alright! I'm coming." I said with a smile that I couldn't help but show. Dallas is the one I'm closest to out of our siblings. She has always been the sweet understanding one aside from our two older brothers Damon and Jake. It's like those two had nothing else better to do besides pester us, but we always knew they did it out of love. At least because of them it was nice to have a sister the same age as me but only by a few months.

"So how do you want your hair sis?" She asked with an anxious tone in her voice and her eyes lit up like a puppy dog.

"How about down and curly? That sounds good." I asked as I looked at her to see how she'd react to my suggestion.

"I think that would look beautiful since you've let your hair grow back out." She said with a big smile on her face.

She always loved experimenting on my hair and learning new things to do with makeup, so I was always her guinea pig for that kind of stuff. When we were younger she would wait to catch one of our brothers asleep and put makup all over their face. That was a funny sight to see.

I sat down on the toilet so she could start putting curls in my hair. After she was done she did my makeup which I was kind of worried about how she was doing it this time. I didn't feel her touching me anymore so I opened my eyes to see that she was looking at me with a big satisfied smile on her face.

"Stand up and take a look!" She said with excitement in her voice as she jumped up and down a few times. Geez she gets carried away to easy sometimes. I can't look that pretty, or at least not as beautiful as her. I stood up to look in the mirror only to be shocked on how I looked. My long brown hair had curls that fell down perfectly midway down my back and also still a little bouncy. My makeup really blended in with the look and topped it all off. The black eyeliner is what made my blue eyes pop out. I couldn't recognize myself for a moment.

"You're really getting better at this sis." I said with satisfied excitement as I looked at her with my face lit up and then looked back at myself in the mirror.

"When have I ever been bad at it?" Dallas looked at me with a playful pouted look on her face with her arms crossed and tapping her foot on the floor.

I smiled and looked at her trying to think of a good comeback on that. "Well you can't perfect talent over night Dallas." I chuckled putting my hand over my mouth.

She sent me a friendly glare and said, "This is why were are sisters."

Dallas had already fixed her hair before getting a hold of me this morning. She usually gets up an hour early to fix herself up. She also had curls that fell down like mine which fit her perfectly with her somewhat pale complection and perfectly shaped face.
