Chapter 8 The Fairy Witch Doctor

           We finally made it home from a long day at school. Kasha said she'd call me later after her Aunt Amelia leaves to go home and tell me what she says about all the crazy stuff that has been happening. At least I'm not alone in this. My best friend is also going through the same thing. Yep I'll definitley be waiting on her call for sure because I want to know exactly what the hell is going on. I don't know how her Aunt Amelia would know this stuff but I'm sure to find out in a couple of hours.

            I made my way to the bathroom to take a shower. I desperately needed one to ease the stress and bad thoughts that I had going through my head. It was a horrible day. If it were up to me I would never go back to that school again. I just can't understand why nothing like this has ever happend to me until this year. But why? Why this year? I shook my head to try to forget about everything that happend today and turned on warm water to relax my body. I closed my eyes to relax myself even more and then I opended my eyes to see red tented water pouring all around me.

        I opened my eyes wide and realized it looked like I was showering in blood and I literally freaked out and ran out of the bathroom screaming. I ran into my room and slammed my door shut. What the hell was that? That wasn't a dream. I know I am wide awake so what the hell is going on with me? I heard a knock on my door and I jumped up and screamed again. What am I doing?

       "Carrie, honey are you in there?" Mom said and then opened the door. I was relieved to see that it was actually her and I ran up to her to give her a hug.

       "Oh my god mom I was taking a shower and there was blood everywhere." I said holding back tears of fear. Oh my god did I just really say that? She's going to think I'm crazy or something.

        "What are you talking about sweetheart? You're saying you were showering in blood?" She asked and then walked to the bathroom to see what I was talking about.

         "Mom no! No no no no no...." I ran after her and she had already made it to the bathroom. She giggled at me but also sounded worried about me of how crazy I was acting. I don't blame her for thinking that.

         "Carrie there is nothing in here. It's just as clean as it was earlier." She said and motioned her hand in the direction of the shower to show me that the clear water of the shower was still running. She placed her hand on my forehead and looked at me with concern. "Are you sure you're ok?"

         "Yeah mom. It's probably just lack of sleep or just stress." I said trying to calm my heart and breathing down. I knew I saw what I saw but I am just going to act like it didn't even happen.

          "Ok then. I'll take your word for it." Mom said and then kissed me on the forehead. "If you need me or your dad we will be downstairs ok?" She said and I nodded my head at her and then she walked off. I walked over to the shower, turned the water off, and then went back to my room. I heard my phone ringing as I closed my door. Who's calling me at 9:00 at night. It was a number I didn't recognize.

       "Hello?"" I answered the phone wondering who it was. A familiar voice replied back to me.

       "Hey Carrie. How are you?" It was Allen. How the hell did he get my number? I sat there in shock and then I finally answered him.

       "Um I'm fine. How did you get my number if you don't mind me asking?" I asked curious to know who gave out my muber without my permission. I heard him chuckle.

       "It was your sister Dallas. She told me you were worried about why Lance and I weren't in class today." He said. Oh I am going to kill her once I get off the phone with Allen. She did this on purpose. That's okay cuz pay back is a bitch.
