When an anti-fan transmigrates into the well-known novel 'The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass' she finds herself in the body of the antagonist- Mielle Rosecent, who is fated to die against the vengeance-seeking female lead, Aria Rosecent!
Mielle w...
Aria Roscente was led upstairs quietly with the help of her 'new' acquaintance, and perhaps a new partner-in-crime, whom she had recently met. Usually, Aria would refuse such shady prospects. Afterall, it was impossible to make a quick buck like this so easily– it had to be a trap of some sorts.
However, Aria tightly clutched her hourglass; this was her chance to find out!
A million gold! This was her chance to win this much!
Aria didn't doubt her ability to win, but rather the intent of her 'partner.' A mysteriously masked man who had no intention of revealing anything about themselves, except for their voice. Aria tried to internally discern the status of such a man, after all, who was capable of entering the Higher Sections of the Casino?
A foreign, rich nobleman? Aria was sure he wasn't from the Franz Kingdom.
"Sir," Aria politely called out to the man, whom she walked side-to-side with. "I have a question, that I'd like to ask."
The man turned to his side. "I am afraid I can't give away my identity."
"You didn't even let me ask," Aria pouted back. "However, you seem vaguely aware of mine. That is not fair." Aria asked back.
"Not at all." The man responded, "I was perplexed by your continuous ability to win in the last couple of games, so I decided to bring you here."
"How do you know we'll win exactly 1.5 million?" Aria asked.
"There is someone I know, who has been presumptious enough to bet 1.5 million gold for a while." The man responded. "I'm betting on the fact that he'll bet all of it in, and we'll win it."
"I see," Aria said. This was clearly some wealthy noble, who had a lot of money to spend! A 1.5 million gold is not a mere set of coins someone can spend easily all at once.
Aria and the man were put inside of a large luxurious suite, with nice white marbled floor tiles. With one intention in her mind, Aria looked up straight to meet their opponents.

There was a white/silver haired figure, with faint golden eyes, and a red-headed brunette man who were sitting down on the couch on the other side.
"Good evening," The silver-haired figure greeted them with a soft voice. "I presume you two are our next opponents? Lovely to meet you."
The silver-haired man got up and slightly bowed. he stared at Aria with some intruige, saying, "Good evening, Lady." He slightly grabbed her hand and kissed it.
Aria felt a shudder down her body. Ughh... She couldn't put her hand on it, but she thought it must have been some high-noble etiquette to treat one's opponents that way. "G-good evening."
