Staying with Tika is the best. I talked to mom once since she been gone. I told her to stop calling to enjoy her trip. I know that once she comes back and finds out everything she isn't going to be happy.
Juels checked up on me twice. I just write him everyday telling him that I'm good and he just leaves me on Read. Rude much?
I told Mek that we can't talk. He was like why not. I asked why he wanted to talk to me and he responded with why not?

Tika and I are on our way to my hood to watch this basketball game. Every summer, they have these games in remembrance of a guy that played and started the games in my hood. That's all I know and I never really cared enough to ask.
I parked my car in my spot and we walked to the courts. I had on some leggings, long cardigan that stopped at my ankles, a tank top and black Adidas sneakers. Tika had on a crop top some leggings and the same cardigan and sneakers as me.
We walked into the court, I said hi to some people. After 10 minutes, we went upstairs to my house to get some bug spray and something to drink. On the way down Mek, and some dudes that I knew got into the elveator. Everyone spoke but Mek. He said what's up to Tika. He had the nerve to stand right infront of me.
"Mek you met me once and speak to me but can't speak to your old neighbor. You is rude" Tika said We all were dying
He just looked at me.
"It's cool Mek. No hard feelings."
I pushed passed him and got off and walked out the building with Tika right behind me.
"He is petty and that isn't cute"
"Girl who are you telling. I just wish he wouldn't be related to them people, cause ya would be cute together" Tika said
"But wasn't you just team Jody"
Tika looked at me and shut her mouth. I laughed and we found our seats.
Juels and Jody were playing along with Ice. We cheered for them and so did almost everyone else.
Mek petty ass decided to stand right by my side. He looked me right in the eye and smiled once. I gave him my finger.
My brothers won and they came up and gave us a hug. Jody eyed Mek and I.
I went and jumped on Juels and kissed his cheek. His groupies just looked at me.
I told Jody congrats and gave Jamal a hug. I sat back down and waited for Tika to finish talking to some dude.
Jody sat right by me
"I see your boo is hugged up with another chick what happened to ya?"
"He was never my boo and I told him I didn't want to talk to him on that level"
"Well he a fool if he thinks he making you jealous"
"Did you come over here to talk about him because if you did you are wasting your time"
"No I came to see how Queen Ria was doing and to tell you that I fixed the wall and the door"
"Thanks I guess. I'm sorry I shouldn't have said what I said"
"No Ria you had every right. We aren't together and you are free to do as you pleased. Just like I am free to do as I please."
This girl came up and she looked at Jody. He leaned over and whispered in my ear
"You looking good and I'm out be safe"
He got up and walked out with the girl.
I just sat there looking around and seeing people talking in circles or cuffed.
My phone was dead so I started to think. Thinking about how I wish I had someone and how my bestfriend just left me to be booed. I couldn't be mad. My time would come sooner or later.
