I walked into my room and found him cuddling with my stuffed animal. I took a picture and posted it
"When you supposed to be all big and bad but you really soft and hate sleeping alone"
Then I tagged him. I then jumped on him and told him that I'm going to do his hair again.
He tried to kiss me again but Juels walked in.
"Cor your dad called a meeting let's go and leave my sis alone"
Cor got up and got ready. I ended up cleaning my room changing my sheets and doing laundry. I showered and got ready to go visit my mom. On the way there I brought some flowers and took it to her grave site. I left my phone in the car and I just sat down and talked to her and also just listened.
When I got home I showered and started looking into grad school. My mom brought me my dinner and I ate and started writing my essays. I got up and went to the kitchen with my finished paper.
"Cor can you look over this please?"
"Yea what is it"
I just handed it to him
"Thanks"
He came into my room and sat at my desk and corrected my paper. He looked so cute while doing my paper. I started taking pictures of him. I sent them to Chanel and Rain.
They called me and I put them on speaker
"Tell Bae we said hi" Chanel said
"Hey ladies but Ria is my only Bae" Cor said
"Boy no I am not."
"Ria why you didn't tell me you put us on speaker" Rain
"Cause I didn't want to hold on to the phone and tell me why you just had to talk about him"
"Girl we have two more months before our senior year starts"
"Yea and my birthday two. But I'm not sure what I want to do. "
"Ria when your birthday?" Cor asked
"The same day as yours"
"No Ria stop playing when is your birthday?"
"The same day as yours. I was born on 7/5/94"
"Rain and Chanel when is her birthday"
"That's her birthday. She not lying Cor"
"Well Ladies, we got to go"
Cor hung up the phone and took my wallet. He looked at my ID and saw that I wasn't lying about my birthday.
"So what are doing for our day then"
"Idk about you but I have something in mind"
"They always throw me a huge party on the 3rd. But I guess it can be our party now"
"I'll think about it. But what's up with my paper"
"It's pretty good. I didn't know you wanted to get your Masters."
"Yea I can't go and get pregnant by a dealer and think he always going to support me"
"I mean you can. He would be dumb if he messed up with you"
"Anyone can make a mistake. Some people are worth crying over and some aren't. Well that's what someone told me once. But I want more for my life and having to depend on someone isn't something that I want to do all my life"
"You are right and what about helping the youth and being a mentor"
"You read my paper so you know what I want to do. I just need the money to do it"
"So let write you a check and then you do what you want." He pulled out a cashier check and left it on my desk.
"I need my masters to actually do what I want. I'll take that check and just list you as a sponsor. What are you trying to do with your life?"
He looked at me a while before he answered
"I want to help the youth. Don't judge me. What I do now and what I want to do don't match. Maybe we can open a center and some other things. It can be a joint project"
"Maybe, I'll think about it. But you got to go because I have a date tomorrow."
Cor gave me the "Da fuq" look. He got mad and left my room. Why is he so jealous. If he really wanted me then he should have asked me to be his girl. I don't read minds and I'm not trying to care for someone that plays game.
