I stared at blue eyed beauty in shock. What the hell was he doing here?

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked him.

"Let's speak inside." He chuckled gesturing to follow him inside.

"What no. I don't even know who you are!" I shook my head.

"It's Donte babe." He laughed.

"I don't care about what your name is! I'm talking about who you are to Eli!" I said stressed.

"Which is why I suggested we go inside and talk-" he started before I interrupted him.

"I am not going anywhere with you until you tell me who you are to Eli!" I exclaimed my voice raising.

"I'm his brother sweetheart now I suggest you calm yourself just a bit, yeah?" He said his voice getting serious. He looked me up and down. "And who are you to him?"

"Nobody important, let's talk inside." I said walking into the house.

Holy shit. Of course he would be his brother! The guy I was seriously debating on giving my virginity too! That would have been horrible if I ended up actually going home with him.

I sat down on the bar stool in the kitchen and watched as Donte did the same. If he knew that I was his mate I don't think he would be so keen on telling me a few things about him.

"So Donte." I started. "Your the Alpha's brother?"

"As I mentioned outside, yes." He replied sarcastically.

"I didn't know he had a brother. I thought he only had a sister." I said.

"Oh yes. Little Pery, she's a wild thing, have you met her yet?" He laughed.

"Yeah. She's a tiny fireball." I said uninterested. "Why wouldn't Eli tell me he had a brother?"

"First of all, he doesn't tell anybody about his personal life. And second of all, he doesn't care for me very much and lastly, why do you wanna know and who are you really to my little brother?" His eyebrows furrowed in confusion or suspicion, probably both.

He's probably not gonna tell me anything else if he thinks I'm nothing to Eli.

"Just a girl he casually hooks up with." I lied.

"Woah" he laughed. "You can take him without him hurting or breaking you?"

I shifted uncomfortably in my seat.

"Yeah."

He glared at me for a second.
"You don't have our pack scent." He stood up. "Who are you really?"

"Relax!" I yelped. "I left my other pack and came here and couple days ago! Eli and I were attracted to each other so I thought maybe sleeping with him would get me in."

"Eli wouldn't sleep with someone just so they can join his pack. He has them train for a day then has them fight 3 of our fighters afterwards." Donte exclaimed.
