Insert Tik Tok meme - Hey ... heyyy... how ya'll doing?

Also included a compilation up above of what I'm referring to lol

Anywhooo... I just wanted to say that I am genuinely amazed with all the feedback that I have received for this story! Thank you to everybody who have voted, liked, commented and enjoyed this story so far. I wanted to let ya'll know that I appreciate it all but I did start writing this back in 2015... which means I was 15 years YOUNG when I started this lmao... Now, looking back I cringe at almost every point of this story wishing I could change it or delete it.

I am very happy to say that I have grown tremendously as a writer and if I started this book now it would have turned out very differently lol. So I hope you understand when I admit that it is verryyyy hard to continue to write this story when I don't agree with half the things I wrote back then and I can't really do anything to change it since you guys like it how it is.

Also, no! This is not me giving up on ya'll or this story!!! I just want to inform you guys that it is gonna take time for me to even look at this story and continue to update it when I am so unhappy with the way it has turned out so far :/   I don't mean to let any of ya'll down so I am really sorry...

Since I appreciate you guys here is a little update.

I woke up completely naked but wrapped in an oversized brown robe on an examination bed. Examining my surroundings, I am muddled when I notice that I am confined in a small room with four white walls and no windows. Where the hell am I? Jumping off the bed, my legs wobble trying to get used to the fact that I am not on four legs anymore. I tug the robe closer to my body and walk towards the tasteless white door. It's locked. I pull a few more times before I hear a knock on the other side.

"Give me a second to unlock it." The feminine voice commanded as the sound of keys jiggling went about.

I stood back a few steps wondering who this person could be. The door opened to a tall, lean woman with caramel skin and curly voluptuous hair. I stuck my nose up smelling her scent. She's human.

"It's good to see you awake, Serena," she smiled. "You've been out for a few days; I was afraid I would have to the ammonia inhalant on you in a second and I know how sensitive all your noses are."

"All your noses?" I questioned. "And how do you know my name? Who are you?"

"Yes. You wolves." she laughed. My eyes grew in confusion. "I'm not sure how you don't know about me, you being a Luna and all but I work with all the surrounding packs giving them the type of medication they need when something happens."

I stared at her still perplexed. I literally have no idea what this human is talking about.

She seemed to catch my drift as she continued on, "When you guys need medical attention or medical supplies that you can't just ask for from a human facility, you come to me".

"Right," I nodded as if I knew what she was saying. "That's right. I've heard of you before. What's your name again?"

"Sylvia."

"It was very nice to meet you Sylvia but I think I can take care of myself from here." I expressed as I looked at the door.

"It's still snowing out there, you just gonna waltz out there like that?" She asked amused. I glazed down towards the robe I was wearing and my shoeless feet. Wait. Oh my Goddess. My pack!!

"I need to leave, right now!" I proclaimed. "I was hunting for them. You took me away! Why!" I demanded answers.

"Serena, you were going to die. I have been keeping an eye on you for months and I knew I needed to step in then."

"What? What are you talking about?"

"Eli tracked your scent up here a few months ago. He wanted to retrieve you himself but the previous Luna told her son that you needed to come back on your own. So, they came to me and asked if I could keep an eye on you."

My heart hurt when she mentioned my mates name. "How could you track me? You're only human." I stated the obvious.

"Yes, thanks for noticing," she gave a goofy smile. "These are still my woods and I like to know what and who goes through them. I have cameras and motion detectors installed in places not even the wolf eye could see. I also have a young female who owes me and I have sent her out a few times when you have ventured out past the markings of this territory." she admitted.

"Cameras? Could you possibly see if my pack is alive.." I whimpered, terrified of the answer.

"There is no need to worry. They have been... relocated to a safer place." She stated clasping her hands together.

"Relocated... what does that mean?" I asked trying to suppress my anger. If she hurt them in anyway I swear...

"They're safe, Serena. I had my female wolf chase them to a new unclaimed territory 65 miles south from here. There was a pack of wild wolves that were started to move over towards this location searching for food during this weather. They would have turned those runts into food; I did them a favor."

"How do I know I can trust you?"

"Gia, please come over here" Sylvia smirked. A girl with short black hair, sharp cheekbones and a medium build walked in the room. "Serena this is Gia, the young wolf I told you who owed me a debt."

I waited for her to look up from her feet so I could give her a smile but she didn't look up.

"Gia, tell Serena where you took her pack of runts." Sylvia instructed.

"Across the border about 65 to 70 miles South from here, Luna." Gia muttered. I could tell from her scent that she was not lying. I wonder what she did to be in debt of this human.

"Thank you, Gia." I expressed my gratitude. She nodded in response. I turned my focus onto Sylvia. "So what now, you just gonna throw me back to Eli."

"Not just yet". She replied. "I saved your life. You owe me something in return."

"I didn't ask to be saved," I sneered.

"You're correct but I know that you will forever thank me for it, even if you aren't grateful now".

I peered over at Gia wondering how long she has been in debt for and how much longer she has left until she pays it off.

This should be fun.

"Come. Let's get you clothed and put a hot meal in that belly." Sylvia chirped. That's the best thing that has come out of her mouth so far. I followed her out of the room with Gia behind me.

"So, what would you like me to do?" I asked as we entered another room with a wooden table.

"I need you to kill somebody for me"

Whoop Whoop. Short but hopefully sweet!?

Anyways... this is who I imagine as Sylvia... Sherri Saum from, 'The Fosters'!!

Not too sure if Gia is gonna be an important character yet
