Olena

"Bye. I had a great time," I tell Marissa as me and Bradley drive away from her party.

"I had a fun time," Bradley says once he gets on the road.

"Me too."

"You're a fun person."

"Thanks," I reply flatly.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing." Except maybe I'm very pissed that Nolan hurt my sister. Maybe I'm pissed because one of my sisters is dead and the other one is in a mental hospital. Maybe I'm pissed because Tanner isn't the best brother and he treats us disgustingly. Maybe I'm pissed because my father is taking trips to Santa Monica and Paris with his new girlfriend and we're stuck in Allenville.

"Do you want me to drive you home?" Bradley asks me.

"No." I don't want to be in that house any more. I feel trapped in there.

"Do you want to go to my place? My parents aren't home."

"You're parents are never home. But yeah sure."

Bradley and I aren't exactly dating, I don't really know what we are. I don't want to say we're "talking" because that term is overused and stupid. So I guess we're hanging out.

I really like Bradley's house. He lives on a big hill. His house is basically all glass and you can see the Allenville river from his backyard.

Homecoming was a disaster. After the video was shut off with the lights, Mia basically just left. I didn't find her until we were at the docks. She was devastated of course, but I did warn her about Nolan more than once. Now, she's staying the night at Kaylee and Kennedy's house.

I know Jenna is staying there, so it makes me feel more comfortable that Mia is staying there for the night. No one really mentions Jenna's mom at all. How do you even bring that up? Like 'Hey I was watching the news and I'm pretty sure I saw your mom on TV and she totally killed some lady," didn't really sound nice.

"Here we are, casa de Boyd," Bradley says once we reach his house. It's funny how I've been to his house so many times before for parties, but that was before we actually talked. He was just a guy at school who everyone knew.

He takes me inside and he claps once we reach the living room. The lights turn on and his dog runs up to us.

"Hey Rex, you remember Olena. The very pretty girl," Bradley says, petting his dog.

"Don't you mean beautiful?"

"That too," he says and winks. I laugh and go to kiss him on the cheek. He moves his face right when I'm going to kiss him and I'm immediately kissing his lips.

Our lips mold together and an instance, we're making out. Bradley tries to navigate through his house without stopping our kiss. We finally reach his room and I throw him on the bed.

"Ow, I hit my head on the headboard," Bradley says.

"Sorry," I giggle and jump on top of him. We continue kissing and I begin to unbutton his shirt. He takes of my shirt and flips me over.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Bradley asks me.

"Yes, definitely."

"Okay, let m-" Bradley gets cut off by the sound of my phone ringing.

"Sorry, this might be important." I figure it's just my mom, trying to figure out when I'll be home.

Except my phone reads Luke. Mr. Young has never called me before. We don't even text, just that one time after he dropped me off.
