I got my drink and put my headphones In and went out for a run. whilst I was on a run I saw a man on the floor with blood around him. I sprint to him and tell everyone to move out of the way. I check his pulse. he has got one but it's very slow

i try to find where the bleed is coming from so I rip his top open and notice it's coming heart area I have nothing to put pressure on so I take my too off and put It on his and press done on his wound.
