7. Maddie

Michael walked down the school halls, thankful he had no one around him besides Calum.

They didn't really say anything as they walked down the halls, but it wasn't awkward. It was a comforting silence.

This gave Michael time to think.

He saw Luke in the hallway and for the first time actually noticed all of his features. The way is hair was in a perfect quiff.

The way his band tees showed off his slight biceps. The way his lips would play with the lip ring that he found quite attractive, wait no. Michael couldn't think like that. He didn't like guys.. right?

Michael was looking down at his phone, scrolling through his feed on Twitter. He heard someone laughing and had to admit it was probaly the cutest laugh he's heard in a while. He looked up and saw a girl with dirty blonde hair. She was pretty.

She was a distraction.

Calum must of noticed him staring. "That's Maddie" he said.

"She moved here about a month ago and a lot of guys have falling for her." Michael nodded. "She dating any of them?"

Calum shook his head and Michael saw an opportunity.

Before Calum could utter a single word, Michael walked over to Maddie and said three simple words.

"Hey! I'm Michael"
