8. Science

Ok so I'm not going to be on pic collage for a little while bc its messed up on my kindle which sucks

"Michael," Maddie said. "Aren't You like on  of the 'jocks'?"

He sort of shrugged and nodded. "I guess so but between you and me I can't stand it."

She nodded and leaned up against the locker. "What class do you have next?"

"Science" Michael said slightly cringing. He hated science with a passion. "Me too" Maddie said. The bell rang and they both started walking to class together, laughing at the dumb jokes they would tell each other.

Michael took a seat next to Maddie and smiled, making her slightly smile.

Everyone seemed to have their eyes on them. The girls looking at Maddie with jealously and the guys looking at Michael the same way.

The teacher was writing something on the board, her back facing the students. Maddieturned to Michael. "You have a pen I could borrow?" She slightly whispered. He nodded and handed her on  of his pens.

A moment later Michael felt something hit his shoulder. He liked around and found a crumbled up piece of paper.

Opening it, he saw Maddie's name signed at the bottom in big writing. He smiled and read the letter.

Kinda hungry. After school wanna get some burgers or something?

Michael smiled and started writing on the paper.

Are you asking me on a date?

He tossed the paper and waited for her to give it back. She smirked and started writing again before tossing the paper back to him.

Maybe. Or maybe I'm just hungry and wanna get some food.

Michael chuckled and nodded. "Ok" And just like that science got a lot better.

Michael and Maddie walked out of science together. "One more class then I'll just pick you up by the school gates" Michael half asked half said. Maddie nodded and smiled. "See you then" she said, then walked to her next class, math.

Maddie walked into class and sat in one of the last seats available which was next to a boy with a lip piercing and high quiff.

The teacher started writing some problems on the board and Maddie quickly started working on them. The boy tapped on her

shoulder.

"Do you get the third problem?" He asked. She looked at his paper, seeing if he did anything wrong and saw a light blush creep on his cheeks.

"You forgot to carry the one" Maddie said. The boy nodded and fixed the problem.

"I'm Maddie by the way." "Luke" he said smiling. "Are you new?

I haven't really seen you around?"

"I just moved here about a month ago." She said. Luke nodded and smiled.

Math class ended a few minutes later and Luke and Maddie were still talking. "Wanna come over to mine?" Luke asked.

"Can't today" Maddie said. "I'm going to get something to eat with Michael" she said,pointing to Michael in the hallway.

Luke nodded. "Oh ok" he said. He felt stupid to ask. He never had a chance against Michael and he hated it.

A/N: I'm currently on the road going to Tennessee and my butt hurts and my face looks bad lol.. But holy guacamole PEOPLE ACTUALLY LIKE
