"Im bouta go home." I told Harmoney.

"You want me to take you?" She asked.

"Nah. Ion want you walkin back by yo self." I told her.

"Just stay the night." She said.

"Ion want to." I said.

"I guess. Call me when you get home." She said hugging me.

"Ight." I said and walked out the door.

We ain't live that far apart. I just lived up the street.

When I got home I unlocked the door and walked in. I closed the door behind me and locked it.

I walked in my room and sat down on my bed. I saw the picture of me and my daddy on my dresser. I just stared at it for a while. I miss him so much.

I walked into my mama room and saw her sleeping. She must be tired. She a work-a-holic. She never takes time for herself.

I just took a shower and went to bed.

I woke up the next morning with three text messages. One from Harmo one from Herbo and one from Kyro.

I was smiling from ear to ear. It took a year and a half just for his dumb ass to realize it.

I brushed my teeth and washed my face then called her on FaceTime.
