December got back with the Queen, frowning that Adrian had left.
No on said anything about it. But I still felt awful.
Maybe I could have him date her? Surely it can't be that bad.
I think you should, plus he seems to understand what a little girls crush is. If he actually starts to like her, he knows that she is going to break his heart anyway. And the boy has never had a girlfriend. Come on.
Well, it's not like they will be doing anything...
Exactly, she will pretty much be towing him around like a toy on a string. She will get bored in a few weeks.
Okay but I'm going to keep an eye on her. I'm only allowing this because I know that she will be happy about it. And because the boy is innocent. If he does or even thinks about doing anything, I'll know and I'll kill him.
Okay, now find out where he is.
I'll just read his mind and find out.
I opened my mind, and slipped into the abandoned corner of the library.
It's not like as if I would do anything with her! Gah, she's three! It would just be like a play pretend to make a little girl happy for a few weeks. I'm not going to hurt her or try to have... I shudder at the thought of that word. That word is disgusting.
No. I wouldn't, that's gross. No I would just be a little girl's boyfriend till she gets bored, making her little bracelets and necklaces. I could teach her how to paint on canvases and play instruments. I'd take her to the mall and let her pick stuff out. I'd leave little pink flowers to make her smile. That's what you do even if it's just for a few weeks till a little girl gets bored. But I understand where her dad is coming from. He's a protective person.
I slipped out of his mind and back into my own. I stood up, picking up December and started walking.
No one followed.
"Whewe we headed?" She asked.
"The library."
We entered the library after a few minutes and I quietly slipped into the abandoned corner where a fifteen year old guy sat writing a story.
He looked up when we were a few feet from him.
"I read your thoughts." I said.
He glared.
"I know you understand what it is, and I know that nothing will happen. I guess you can be a little girl's boyfriend." I used his own words at the end, so he knew what I meant.
"Okay. I'll take care of the Little Princess."
She giggled and I knew that he was only doing this to let her have a little fun.
"Let's go back to the cafeteria." I said.
She jumped up and grabbed his pant leg. He kneeled down and offered her a piggy back ride.
Giggling like crazy, she climbed onto his back and we started walking.
I couldn't help but be amused.
It really was kinda adorable.
"You decided to let her have her fun?" Joseph said as we got back to the table.
"Yeah, I didn't see a point not to. He's a good kid."
I had learned a lot when I read his mind. Like how he was beaten by his mom this morning and was wearing a lot of makeup to cover the bruises. No, he wouldn't hurt her or do anything.
He just wants to see people happy, that's his plan. Its all pretend for him, just for her to be happy.
I knew he would carry on no matter how long she decided to keep him.
I smiled to myself.
He's also talented. Music and art. He will teach her a lot.
No, this won't be bad.
We all then got up and he gave her a piggy back ride again.
We went to the same stadium from yesterday and Mark handed me an outfit and gestured to a room. He did my hair after I had dressed in a white suit with a crystal ice blue dress shirt. The tie was also white.
When I came out, Adrian was sitting on the floor and December danced around in front of him. She held the two first fingers of his right hand, and he would spin her around. He was humming to give her music to dance to. She almost fell on the ground when she got dizzy but he caught her giggly little self.
How cute!
I pushed my thought into his head.
He looked up from where he was sitting, hugging her and still humming.
Thank you.
She stood back up when the dizziness was gone, he spun her again and then stood up.
She reached up, still clutching his fingers.
The Headmaster walked up to us. He looked down at her.
"Who's this, December?"
"Myy boy. Hid name is Adwian!" She giggled.
The Headmaster laughed a bit and walked over to me.
"Are you ready?"
"I guess I'm as ready as I'll ever be."

He led us all out onto the platform. Many Hampton's and all the Droscov's I had met stood around me.
The Queen stood in front of me.
"Kneel."
I knelt.
She read off lines from a book for me to repeat after Her, and I did.
"I now present to all of you, Prince Winter Ezra of The Stone Dragons. First of his name and First of his family!"
With that, a silver Crown was brought out on a white pillow.
She took the Crown from it's pillow, setting the White Diamond and Crystal Ice Blue jewel beauty on my head.
"You may rise, Prince Winter."
I stood and the stadium cheered grandly for me.
She motioned for December to come forward and kneel as I had.
She ran forward and did so.
The Queen gave her much easier lines to repeat since she was so young and I figured this would be done again later on down the road.
"I also present to you, Princess December Reneé of The Stone Dragons!"
A small tiara was brought out on another white pillow, silver with the same colored jewels.
The Queen placed the tiara on December's head and told her to rise.
She threw her arms around the Queen's legs and everyone "Aw'd".
The Queen patted the back of her head and smiled.
December ran over and held my hand.
I let go of her hand, she looked at me weird and stood in front of me and faced the crowd.
Summoning all five of the elements, I bared my fangs in a growl.
Fire, water and a dancing golden light covered my hair and my whole arms and legs.
The magic flared over the white tattoo, well what of it was visible on my neck and face.
The ground shook and a strong breeze went through the stadium.
People gasped, even the ones standing with me.
I held my hands out beside me and the magic flared up in stream into the air from them.
I tilted my head back and growled again and the fiery water and light mix came out of my mouth in the same way as my hands as I breathed the magic.
People were amazed.
I calmed the magic and put it away and the white tattoo glowed brightly on my skin.
Everyone cheered and clapped.
I heard a few people yell "The Stone Dragon!"
I looked around and my daughter stared at me and then hugged my legs. I picked her up and she touched the glowing tattoo where it was also on my right cheek.
She smiled.
As we left the platform, cheers for me and my daughter were all I could hear.
