Only if you give your first dance to me

This is part of the writer’s idea. I’m just telling you this one. I got the idea of breaking Izumo’s window because of my experience when my brother broke my mother’s most valuable mirror and world war three started in our house

------------

I let go of Yata’s hand before staring at him who was catching his breath. Our only way was just jumping from roof to roof without taking a single gasp of breath. He crashed beside the river and looked at me with his chest moving up and down really fast. I sat down beside him and paid my attention towards the black water.

“Hana, I want to ask you something”

At the corner of my eyes I could see him turn his gaze towards me. I looked at him catching his eyes. He looked down as I could see crimson red go up from his neck to his cheeks.

“I know it’s a stupid question, but have you ever had your first dance?”

Oh that crappy first dance of mine, I wouldn’t really call it my first dance. The person that asked me out to the tenth grade prom puked in front of me. The next day, all I did was destroy his reputation until he just disappeared.

“I wouldn’t say yes, and I wouldn’t say no”

He smiled at me before standing me up. I looked at him with a blank face. I could hear somebody’s footsteps behind us. Izumo was standing there clueless.

“Oh, so the flirty bartender had the courage to show up”

“We were just talking and I was not flirting with her”

Yata grabbed his skateboard among the rocks and left the location. I turned towards Izumo who had an awkward look on his face.

“You never had your first dance?”

“We do not speak of the past”

A huge smirk peered on his face. He took out the iPod from his back pocket and handed me one earphone. He put his hands around my waist before I could put my arms around his neck.

“You were serious about the part where you never had your first dance. And I think wearing those five inch heels are the best decisions you’ve ever made”

“You’re so rude you know that, you’re just thankful I shared my first dance with you”

This was actually the first time I wore this kind of clothes. I was wearing a white shoulder-down shirt, black skinny jeans and black boots with five inch heels. It’s quite different for me to wear this kind of things; especially the five inch heels which are making my legs really weak now.

After the song ended, I pulled away from him. I sat down by the riverbank and looked at him as he sat down beside me.

Izumo’s POV

We were talking about Homra’s past almost like nothing happened. Hana seemed to be interested in the past. Since Totsuka joined in, Homra became more exciting. There was suddenly silence after an hour of talking. I looked at my watch and saw that it was already six thirty in the evening. There was soon a feeling like something landed on my shoulder. I looked to where Hana was sitting and saw her fast asleep with her face covered by a curtain of her hair.

“This is the best night of my life, Izumo”

I smiled at what just rolled out of her mouth. I tucked her hair behind her ear and pecked her lips softly before picking her up and taking her in the car. After I put her inside, I took off my jacket and covered it on her and left for the condo.

(15 minutes later)

When we arrived at the condo, I picked up Hana to take her back inside. I put her down on her bed and took off her heels. Before I could leave the room, I felt a hand around my wrist preventing me from going any further.
