Our visit to Miki Kimura

I crossed my legs and looked at Totsuka who was just focused on something crazy on his phone – kind’a like the photo of two Homra members having PDA. Yes, someone or something gradually has taken a picture of me and Yata when that incidence happened. And it was slightly going round with Homra though. Believe me; right now Kusanagi and Mikoto are giving Yata a lecture while my big-brother is angrily scolding me. I stood up from my seat and carried Anna in my arms.

“Let’s go for a walk”

She nodded as we left the pub quietly leaving Totsuka scolding all on his own to an empty space. I put her down and held her hand. She’s the youngest, so I have to hold on to her or else I’ll be the one that’s dead. We remained silence until we came along Hirasaka Building. I held on Anna’s hand as we walked up the stairs to the rooftop. It was already sunset, so this could be good.

After about fifteen minutes or so, the sun started setting. A smile peered on her face.

“It’s lovely, isn’t it?”

“It’s beautiful; can we do this everyday Hana?”

“We can, if I can come home extremely early and walk you here”

There was suddenly a shocked look on her face. I gave her a concerned look and picked her up.

“Anna, are you alright? Is there something wrong?”

“There’s a guy here, he’s got a gun”

“It might just be a member of Homra, c’mon”

There was suddenly a sound of a trigger being pulled. I put Anna down and took out my gun.

“Stay close to me, Anna. They might be around us. Get my phone in my pocket and give it to me”

She put her small hands in my pocket and pulled out my phone. I took it from her still facing the gun in front of me. I dialed Mikoto’s number and held Anna close to me. After a couple of rings he picked up.

“Hello”

“Mikoto, it’s me Hana. Can you come over here at Hirasaka Building? At the rooftop and take Anna. We’re kind’a in a difficult situation right now, and I don’t want her getting involved”

“Okay, we’ll be right there”

I hung up and put it back in my pocket. Someone suddenly fired at us nearly hitting Anna.

“Don’t be a coward! Show yourself!”

A man in a blue shirt and black pants suddenly appeared. I took hold of Anna and kept her behind me.

“Who are you? Why are you here?”

“You don’t remember me? You attacked me once in an alleyway. And who’s this little girl? Is she your daughter?”

“She’s none of your business”

“Oh really”

He fired another bullet making it hit nearly, and I mean really close to Anna. I picked her up in my arms and carried her bridal style before jumping off the rooftop and landing on my feet. He continued firing bullets until we reached an alleyway. I put her down and waited for Mikoto. Somebody tapped my shoulders. I turned around and saw Kusanagi behind me smirking.

“Here, darn it! Take her. I’m gonna have to do this fight my way”

I took out my spare gun and went out the alleyway. The guy was still waiting by the rooftop. I ran towards the main entrance and ran up to the rooftop.

“Try not to fight with me when I’m with an eleven year old kid. She was nearly hurt, and if she dies I’ll be the first one that gets to torture you for life”
