"Reincarnation was a widely accepted belief among the early Gnostic Christians," Said Harry.
I pretended to pay attention but it wasn't working very well.
He paused for a moment before looking up and saying "Annabelle, is something wrong?"
I swallowed nervously.
Yes.
"No, everything's great," I smiled trying to make it seem as genuine as possible.
"Are you sure?" He questioned, pushing aside the books.
I sighed.
"It's my parents..." I began.
"What about them?" His brows furrowed in concern.
"They're getting divorced," I looked away, because I knew if I looked into his eyes I would cry.
"I'm so sorry," he reached out and gently touched my hand. "It happened to mine too." He looked down.
"I'm sorry about yours as well," I leaned over the table and softly kissed him on the lips. He turned away.
"Sorry, I-I can't."
I frowned.
"Why not?" I asked, titling my head to the side.
"Because it's illegal. You're a minor, Belle." He protested.
"Yeah, but nobody has to know, like I said the other day.." I smirked.
In my mind, I knew he was right. But so was I. Nobody had to knew.
"Belle, you have to make sure you don't tell a soul." He told me, obviously nervous.
"It's a secret." I winked.
He let out a small laugh.
I leaned over the table again and kissed him, this time more eagerly. I wanted him to deepen the kiss but he didn't budge. I pulled away.
"Don't be shy," I said breathless from the kiss.
I climbed off the table and into his lap.
"I'm not, baby," he said as he ran his hands up the back of my shirt.
I shut my eyes in bliss.
He began to kiss my neck very gently, but that's how I wanted it.
It felt so good, like nothing I've ever felt before. I moaned softly.
"Fuck, angel," he said, his green eyes filled with lust. I bit my lip.
"Our lessons over," I said, getting off his lap like nothing ever happened.
He stared at me, looking frustrated because I knew he wanted more.
"Until next time, Mr. Styles."
