it's already august and i still haven't done anything with my life.

i'm starting to get sad again.

the voices there bad and there already killing me.

they've been gone for ages why did they have to come back.

i feel so bad for rose's friend i know how life can be when you hurt yourself.

i'm also getting fat again.

i might go for a thirdly minuet run latter. i'm eating again well mum makes me it's horrible.

but i'm not eating today no way.

hannah's pov

it's annoying i have to run with a jumper on, but lucky i found a really thin long sleeves top.

i grabbed my runners from under my bed and ran down stairs passing mum.

she called out to me but i just kept going.

my arms are started to kinda clear up but there all fucked up with marks and shit.

i'm at the park now i've been running for about fifteen minutes i thought I'd just have a rest then run another fifteen.

"hi." i hear a soft but deep voice from behind me, i turn around.

luke.

no. run. stand up and run.

but as i stood up he grabbed my wrist which hurt so much.

"sorry did i hurt you?" since when is he nice and have feelings.

"just. um. what do you want i need to go home." i lie pulling away from his grip.

"um tiffany... said that you um tried to-"

"yeah i know so what about it it's not like you care or anything." i cut him off.

"she said she tried to stop you but you didn't listen." she said what, she's the cause of my almost dying.

"well man she's a good liar to say that because it's not true... i almost died because of her she's the reason i almost died luke!"

I didn't wanna stay so i just run and run until i got home.
