He Asks You to Be His Girlfriend

A/N: It's been like almost two months since I've updated 😁 IM SORRY. I've been having to go to summer school which is super hard rn, and some personal stuff. You also can't get mad at me because my phone broke so I had to wait to get my new one in order to write. But I'm back now. 💜☺️

You and Kellin were those close friends who acted like lovers. Although you weren't. All because he couldn't make the move. You liked him and you didn't know if he liked you. If he did he would've asked you out by now. You were on your phone just on Instagram scrolling through your feed when you get a FB message. A FB message from a guy that you used to talk to and was trying to hang out with you a long time ago. He said he liked you but you didn't like him and you would always make excuses not to hang out with him. He wasn't attractive and was way older than you. He barely even knew you and said he wouldn't mind dating you. You guys haven't even hung out and he said that. It's sweet but a little desperate..

You decided to response to be nice. Just a causal conversation and he starts getting flirty.

Him: "So what are you doing tonight?"

You practically froze as those words appeared on the screen. You knew where this was heading.

You: "Um, idk probably sleeping. 😂"

Him: "Oh well I was going to go to the movies tonight and I was wondering if you wanted to go out."

You made up an excuse of course.

You: "Oh well I don't have a ride and I don't have money to go out."

Him: "Oh well same, I don't have money right now I'm actually kind of broke..."

Then why did you- nevermind.

You: "oh okay."

Him: "Yeah. Well I was really hoping we could hang out, spend time together, and get to know each other better sometime."

"Oh my god." You said to yourself.

You didn't know what to say, and you didn't want to be rude and make him feel bad.

You: "oh okay."

Him: "Yeah."

You practically face palmed. This dude was totally desperate.

"Why is it always the guys I don't want to flirt or talk to me that do!?" You shouted at your phone and fell back onto your bed.

Then your phone buzzed.

"Leave me alone!" You shouted as you picked up your phone and looked at the screen. Your eyes widened and you sat up.

Kellin was calling you.

"Hello?" You answered it with a smile on your face.

"Hey it's Kellin." You smiled hearing his voice.

"Hey. What's up?" You responded.

"Nothing much. I miss you." He replied. Your cheeks filled with heat as you bit your lip.

"Oh really?" You tried to play it cool.

"Yeah. What you don't miss me?" He pretended to act all sad.

"Yeah I do. You never text or talk to me anymore. I'm too lame for you.." You replied.

"What!? No!" He laughed. You smiled hearing his cute laughter.

"Well, I was wondering you would like to go out tonight. Maybe we could catch a movie and something to eat what do you say?" He asked you.

"I would love that." You replied almost instantly.
