Chapter 38

Brenna's POV

-One Month Later-

Kris has been leaving me alone ever since Will joined the basketball team. The plan worked out well. School has been easy and kind of fun for the past month. I love learning new things and now that I don't have to worry about bullies, I can actually focus. We also haven't had much homework so I've been uploading every day. I finally recorded with Will. Life has been good this month.

It's Monday morning and I'm actually not dreading school. Today is going to be a great day I can just feel it. (A/N Can you feel it now Mr. Krabs?)

I get ready for school. I remember that I have a test today. Shit. I'm screwed. I think I know it but I probably don't. I quickly get out my notes so I can study before I leave for school. I look over them quickly. I pretty much know everything. I'm good.

I check my watch and see that it's time to go. I start walking to school. It's a beautiful day today. The sun isn't out so that's good.

I make it to school really early. I scroll through Twitter until I can get into the school. I get pushed in by the croud of people that also got here early. I head to my locker and I prepare for my first class.

Whose idea was it to make me have math first thing? Whoever it was I hope they die a slow and painful death. Well it's not like we actually do math in that class. My teacher normally talks about something completely different in a monotone voice. This class is always so boring but I always sit next to Will and I talk to him the whole time so it's not ao bad.

"Will" I whisper to get his attention.

"What?" He asks.

"Wanna do a drawing contest?" I ask.

"Um sure."

"Okay we have thirty seconds to draw eachother" I say.

"Why eachother?" He asks "why can't it be something easier?"

"Because it'll be fun" I say.

"Okay fine."

I look at my watch and wait for the second hand to reach the twelve. "Start" I say as it reaches the twelve.

I start drawing a sun because Will is my sunshine and that's the only thing I can actually draw. I look at my watch again and I wait for the second hand to reach the six.

Right as it hits the six I say "stop." We both flip our papers over so we can't see. Will starts laughing quietly.

"What's so funny?" I ask.

"You'll see" He says and he flips his paper over revealing a creepy face thing that looks like it would be a creature that would live under your bed.

"What the hell is that?" I ask.

"It was supposed to be you but it really doesn't loom like you" he says.

"Oh" I say and start laughing.

"I want to see yours" he says. I flip my paper over.

"A sun?" He asks.

"I drew a sun because you're my sunshine" I say.

"Oh well you win by far" he says with a huge grin on his face.

"Yay!"

The teacher stops his story about who knows what and he stares right into my soul "Brenna no talking!"

That never happens. I've never seen this teacher yell before. Whatever as long as he doesn't give me detention or anything I'm fine with it.

Lunchtime. Time to sit in a loud cafeteria and the at disgusting food. Or... mayber I don't have to. Will comes and sits next to me.

"Will?" I ask.

"Yes" he says.

"Do you want to leave and go to the resturaunt across the street?" I ask.

"No" he says.

"Oh well I'll go by myself then" I say.

"Good luck with that" he says.

"Have fun staying here" I say.

I get up and throw away my gross lunch from the cafeteria. I ask to use the bathroom and I leave. I make sure no teachers are looking and I make a run for the door. I sprint over to the resturaunt. The little restaurant is packed since it's probably lunch break for workers. I'm not going to be able to make it back in time. I have 25 minutes until my next class starts and it takes five minutes to walk back. I only have 20 minutes to get my food and eat it. I notice a few people in line are on their phones and are oblivious of their surroundings so I quickly go in front of them. I am now second in line. The person infront of me finishes ordering and I order really quick. I find a place to sit and wait for my food.

I get back to school five minutes late for my class. It's worth it though that place has the best food ever. I got pizza and it was the best pizza I've ever had.

I power walk to my locker and I get my stuff for my next class. Thankfully I don't have a strict teacher so I should be fine. I walk to the class and there's three other people aso walking to the same class. I guess I'm not the only one. We walk in together and the teacher doesn't seem to mind. I should do this more often.

School is over. I have a lot of homework tonight. I have to write two essays, do 60 questions in math, do a huge project in science and I have a Chinese test tomorrow. Fun. my backpack is really heavy today because I basically took home my whole locker.

I get home and I immediately start working on homework so I have time to record later tonight. Why did I join YouTube? It's so much work. I think of ideas for videos as I try to find my math book. I'm doing math first because it's the easiest.

I finish my math. It only took me 25 minutes. I take a little break and scroll through instagram. My feed is just a bunch of annoying people spamming so I decide to work on an essay. They're not due until Friday but I'll get a head start on them just incase I have a bunch of other homework this week.

I finish all my homework and now I need to record. It's already 10:00. Homework is such a waste of time. I never learn anything from it. I forget about all the time I wasted doing homework and I go and to Will's room. I walk in and I notice he's packing up his suitcase.

"What're you doing?" I ask.

"Oh did I not tell you that I leave for LA tomorrow?" He asks.

"Um no..."

"Oh well I'm going to LA tomorrow" he says.
