i remember when I introduced her to my friends. i hadn't wanted to. but my friends would be damned if they gave up the opportunity to see the girl that had moved in with me 'just cause'. they knew the reason I allowed her to move in was because she was hot. they knew me well enough to know she would be hurt in the end. little did they know I would be more hurt than anybody.
cal and ash joked later on that they wished they could fuck her instead, I slapped the both of them. michael just sat in a daze, not saying much and I knew the little bastard was thinking of falling in love with her. she had been extra friendly to him as Michael was a pretty loveable guy but he took it the wrong way.

Michael was a hopeless romantic.

i remember one night towards the end, we were sat on the couch, not really watching anything, just talking. i remember us sitting in a comfortable silence and I remember finally feeling calm. that's why when she asked if I would marry her someday, I just nodded and said if she wanted me to.

i knew she was surprised and so was i.

don't get me wrong I loved her. but not enough. i never loved anyone enough and as fucked up as it is that she didn't get to be my fairy tell ending it doesn't change the fact that she couldn't be. i just wasn't made to have an ending so happy.
