Chapter 48: Punishment To The Wicked

Jisoo looks at a young man named Asta and his adoptive brother, Liebe. Black Clover, a very famous Shonen manga who won the hearts of multiple readers across the world. Jisoo never heard of it due to her being busy with the system and how she and Jinwoo were fighting the Monarchs for 27 years. 

From the information she got from Yesenia and Venom, Asta is the main protagonist is born without magic in a magical world and his goal is to become the Wizard King. Similar to how Luffy wants to become the King of the Pirates. Either way, the biggest enemies Asta has to fight is snobbish nobles who think they own the world which Jisoo will humble them very soon, god complex idiots, revengeful elves, demons, and a idiot who thinks he is the chosen one. 

No wonder why Yongmi begged her to save her world. 

It's filled with too many egotistical morons that she has to humble. 

Asta and Liebe were stunned while staring at Jisoo. Despite Asta was in land of foreigners, he never saw a woman like her before. Her beautiful purple hair, her amethyst purple eyes, her very pale yet smooth skin and her immensely beautiful yet cold face. She somehow made Charlotte Roselei who is known to be the most beautiful in the Kingdom of Clover looked clumsy next to her.

Who could blame her? After all, the Korean genes are outmatched. 

Jisoo looks over to Asta's caretaker, Sister Lily Aquaria. Due to her mixed heritage, Jisoo could see her soul being chained up by a dark energy of the power of a demon. Jisoo scowls by it, seeing that false messiah trying to play God and tormenting the poor soul of the devoted nun.  Jisoo let out annoying sigh by the sight of it. 

"That filthy trash is really messing up with the people's soul. I can see Appa having getting mad at that trash." Jisoo passes Asta and Liebe, shocked them as she knees down to Sister Lady. Jisoo extends her hand over to her, making Asta tensed up as he was about to move until Yessi, Venom, and Igris stopped him. 

Asta looks at them with pure concern and fear if she was going to do something with Sister Lily until Yessi undo her mask, revealing her face to ease Asta's worry. "Don't be afraid, little muscle ball. She's going to help her, she's got this." Yessi grins, making Asta surprised. He wasn't surprised by only her words but also, she was foreigner. He never saw Indigenous American before since he met the fantasy counterpart of Japan and their samurais.

If only the author was bold enough to show more of other ethnicities such as Korea, Americas, or even the Middle East. 

Suddenly, Venom pops out, making Asta and Liebe scream when he gives his scary grin. "And beating the living hell out of Lucius by knowing she's Sung Jinwoo's cousin. Both hot and scary, also," Venom soon takes out a picture of Asta with a pen. "Can you sign this? Her brother Adriel is a big fan of yours, dorksta." Venom grinned. Asta looks at Yessi before he looks at Venom as he grabs the picture and signs his name. 

Since when people out of Clover Kingdom knows about me? He thought confusedly.

Venom takes it back, his grin grew bigger as Yessi shook her head. 

Jisoo places hand on her head, grabbing the dark aura chains around her soul before she rips it off and her purple burning aura burned it to ashes. Sister Lily soon breathes out, making Asta and Liebe surprised as she slowly opens her eyes and sees Jisoo. Her clothes soon changed to her normal nun attire and her cross necklace appears.
