Miguel knew about the original Shadow Monarch and King of the Dead, Ashborn. 

Terrifying, mysterious, deadly, yet regal being with the power to turn his fallen enemies into the soldiers of his everlasting shadow army. 

A dangerous power that made necromancers fear him for torturing the dead and enslaving them. 

Ashborn made the Celestials fear and respect him; even those who are Spider-Totems respected him.

He never understood why Knull feared him so much until he met him face-to-face.

And boy, he should not have insulted his wife and daughter.

"You dare to insult my daughter and my wife, you treacherous scumbag?" Ashborn spoke in the coldest yet most threatening tone, making his being try to escape his grasp. 

"So, that's your dad? Now, I understand why the demons were scared of him." Asta, in shock and fear, comments upon first seeing Ashborn in person.

Even Liebe had his jaw drop by seeing him and understanding why his kind was so scared of him.

Ashborn looked like the true King of the Underworld.

The Spider Society fell to the ground, holding their heads and feeling the intense pain. As for the magic knight, they couldn't move, and the tremendous power of Ashborn petrified them.

Even Yami, Nacht, and Yami's younger sister, Ichika, felt their magical power overwhelming them and dragging them to the ground by the time Ashborn appeared.

Miguel gasps for air as Ashborn pulls him close, piercing a fiery glare at Spider-Man 2099.

"How pathetic, instead of feeling grateful towards my daughter for bringing back the girl who you took the place of her father, you disrespected her and call her a mistake? For being intelligent, you lack wisdom." Ashborn said, making Miguel cough up blood while staring at his glowing yet burning neon purple eyes.

"Even insulting your variant's niece, how insolent you are. For disrespecting my daughter, insulting her and my wife, as well, having the audacity to disregard Web of Life and Destiny, I shall give you an insufferable death!" Ashborn summons his large longsword, grabs it with one hand, and lights it with purple flames.

Miguel tried to scream, but he coughed again.

Ashborn was about to stab him until someone placed their hand on his arm.

He turns around and sees Kyungmi along with Jisoo, who was on her side.

She looks at him calmly. "Ashborn, that's enough. His emotions swayed him, and, of course, he isn't worthy of your wrath. Look at him, he's already dying at your touch." Kyungmi says, looking at Miguel, who couldn't stand against Ashborn's rage.

She sighs. "Let him go, dear. Let the creators of the Web of Life and Destiny deal with him." Kyungmi said, making Ashborn turn to him.

He drops him off, and his body falls on the floor as he gasps for air.

Ashborn turns to them. "I apologize for losing control." He says softly.

"I know, Appa. Jinwoo lost control when he found Jinho beaten up. And of course, you got everyone freaking out, including Baran." Jisoo looks back at Baran, who was on the floor and suffering from a panic attack.
