Seraphina, the Burning Fragment of Brilliant and a Ruler. She is the youngest out of the Rulers and their most powerful Ruler after Ashborn.
Seraphina's power made the Monarchs trembled in fear, even the Frost Monarch who often met death's door every time he fought Seraphina and lost.
Antares considered her to be a worthy opponent to fight until the death after Ashborn.
But the war of Monarchs was over and taking the role of Park Jisoo, the daughter of Ashborn as her guardian and aunt.
She's the first Ruler who entered the Shadow Realm without a problem.
"What to choose..." Seraphina whispered while looking at the menu, she was in Cafe with Jisoo, Penelope, and the Hero Trio in Jeju Island.
Because Midoriya, Bakugo, and Todoroki has summer break and of course, Jisoo gives them a break after their training. Jisoo invited them to eat with her and others while they were staying in Jeju Island before sending them home.

Seraphina blamed her creator, Absolute Being for creating her like this and unable to take a vessel.
But thankfully, Jisoo being born and her being the bridge for the Rulers to take physical forms, Seraphina was able to go to earth.
Seraphina was focused on the menu while everyone was staring at them for the beautiful girls and Todoroki's handsome appearance. But more was on Seraphina, especially her human form she created was so beautiful, her beauty resembled of an angel. After all, Seraphina based her human form out of how humans think how angels are.
