"Amy, wake up darling" I awaken to see my father crying by my bedside.
"Where am I...?" I ask dazed.
I look around and try to take in my surroundings, I am in a hospital room surrounded by worried looking doctors and nurses.
"What happened" I say.
My German teacher Mrs Mina, comes into the room bringing my dad and brother coffee.
"You passed out, I caught you and it was because you have barely eaten" She says softly.
I look at my dad, hoping this is all a dream, but it wasn't.
"You are going to have to go to an eating disorder clinic until you are at a healthy weight Amy" My dad says in between sobs, my father is crying because of me?
After everyone came and went, bringing me get well cards and balloons I got moved into the clinic that I would be living in for the foreseeable future.
I look around, plain white walls... untrustworthy bunk beds... this is definitely a five star hotel.
"Miss Loft will be your guide, she's been here for a while" My nurse says.
Miss Loft walks down the hall to my room, she looks just like mum... wait.... she is mum?
"Amy"? Miss Loft says.
"Yes"? I respond.
"My baby, I have missed you" she says as she starts scooping me into a bear hug.
"Wait, mum... you're in an eating disorder clinic.... is that where you have been all of this time"? I question.
She nods, I am so happy to be reunited. Well this was a shock.
