I get up to go to my first therapy session, I say bye to Emma and start to walk to the room where mum and I sat on the sofa in front of.

The lady gets up to greet me, she has glasses, black hair down to her shoulders, bright blue eyes and she looks only about thirty.

"Come on in, you must be Amy" She says whilst shutting the door and locking it.

Her office was quite big, it had a comfy looking chair opposite another chair.

Thank you cards were pinned up on her notice board along with some notes and announcements.

"This is a lovely office you have" I say, trying to be polite.

She smiles and says thank you.

She asks a few other questions, she knows all of it from the doctors at the hospital as I am kept hostage there for a while.

"So, whats been going on"? She asks.

"Oh, also please call me Hannah" She quickly adds.

I tell her about the bullies on the bus, the desire to become beautifully thin like the girls on the pro Ana websites. The fact I was not eating and my body couldn't take it and now i'm here.

"Thank you for telling me this, a lot of people are reluctent to talk and it's good that you are" She smiles.

"Don't tell her anything else bitch, she will make you fat" Ana spits at me.

"Yes Ana" I whisper.

"What was that Amy"? She asks.

"It was Ana, she is my friend in my head... making me thin" I respond.

"Ana, she isn't your friend, she is short for anorexia.. an illness which can kill you, you have to ignore the things she tells you Amy... the other day when you were admitted here in an ambulance you could have easily died" She explains worriedly.

"Don't let that bitch tell you anything bad about me Amy, I am in your head you won't be able to get rid of me" Ana smiles.
