A/N: I won't do a lot of Authors Notes unless something may be triggering, these books are for awareness and I wouldn't want anyone to use these tips that "Ana" gives Amy as tips to loose weight.

Thank you so much for all the support for this book, it's been amazing! :)

I don't bother to ague with Miss Lockwood, I will never get anywhere with that so I just leave the class when she thinks she had won the argument.

Damn it, I have to get on the bus now.

The bus full of bullies.

"Walk home" Ana persuades.

"Okay, I could do with burning the extra calories and I certainly don't want to see the bus bullies again" I respond.

The walk home was a very long distance, it was already getting dark since it's mid November and the air has a cold bite to it.

I trudge through the cold weather in attempt to go home, I had google maps on my phone with headphones telling me directions like an in ear sat nav.

I made it home, an hour late but i'm still home.

"Why are you late?" Dad questions me.

"Got mugged on the bus and had to beat them all up dad, that why im late" I answer sarcastically.

"At least you used self defense" He answers in a dull tone.

I go upstairs to the bathroom and look in the full length mirror of all the bulges of fat filling into my hands and my humongous thighs rubbing together.

"Go on Amy, get the scales" Ana tempts me.

I give in and get the shiny glass scales from under the sink, I haven't used them in a while but now I need numbers to work from because whats the point of setting myself goals if I can't see if I have achieved them?

As I stepped on the numbers read 120 pounds, that is way too much.

"Ugh, how fat you are Amy, 120 pounds? Nobody will like you" Ana scoffs

"I know" I say with tears forming in my eyes.

"You will get there" Ana says.

"I hope so".
