C H A P T E R 3

Kendric's Point of View

“Where are you?” I whispered at the air, peacefully sat on our garden, reminscing bond I built with my lost-partner—Alliah, whom left me years ago but I can't find a way to forget her, I can't forget her, even the smallest detail about her.

Suddenly, I heard a voice coming out behind me. “Goodmorning. how lucky, mahilig ka rin palang mag muni-muni mag-isa tuwing umaga.” I don't see who said that yet but in that classic tone like an angel, I'm sure babae iyon; si Lorelei.

Maigi ko namang inilingon ang aking paningin sa aking likuran kung saan s‘ya naroon, at hindi nga ako nagkamali, she's standing behind me wearing a pink dress at halatang kakagising lang rin, biruin mo nga naman kahapon lang kami nagkita pero kabisado ko na ang timpla ng boses n‘ya. "Yes?, come here, umupo ka." Agad kong paanyaya sa kanya habang inaayos ang magulo kong buhok.

“So..., you're here because?” I said.

“Actually I've come in here accidentally, I was looking for the bathroom when I saw you here, I forgot the directions that Faye told me, I'm sorry to interrupt you,” she uttered to explain.

“No worries, it completely fine, andoon yung cr.” Pointing my finger to the direction she was looking for.

“Oh I see, by the way, thankyou for assisting me. I'll see you later,” she replied then tapped me.

Lorelei's Point of View

I went to the bathroom and got changed, It was these tight dirty-white shorts that were pretty short. wearing this almost showed me. Well, I must say I'm confident enough wearing something a bit more scandalous.

The top I wore was black, had the H&M's logo on its front left.

I want to wear heels for my finishing fit but I only have sneakers with me so that's what I wore. After I make sure that I'm beautiful enough, I turn the lights off and push the door.

Paglabas ko pa lamang ng hallway ay narinig ko agad ang mainit na boses ni Kendric “wow” mahina nitong sabi pero sapat na para marinig ko, parang na starstruck ito sa ganda ng isang artista.

His eyes traced me from my face down to my body. Seriously, I haven't had anyone do that to me and give me goosebumps all over my body.

“What a gorgeus woman you've made,” he can't take his eyes off me.

“Should I thankyou for the complement?” I replied.

He can't move nor speak more, patuloy niya lamang akong pinagmamasdan, agad naman akong nagsalita ulit para kunin ang atensyon nya. “Hello?”

“Oh, sorry, I was just too stunned to speak pa. Anyway, would you mind joining me here?” He invited me.

“Of course, makakatanggi ba ‘ko?” I agreed while laughing in a sarcastic way.

He offered me a chair. “There you go, sit.”

“You haven't introduce yourself to me yet,” he said while handling his chin. “Except your name, I knew it already.”
