Vedant pressed a tight kiss picked up his ball and lifted his foot up to step outside -

"But come back on time.I'll keep the question paper ready."
"Question paper ? Aaj hi"
[Question paper? Today only ?]
"Han kyun,what happened "
"Can't we-"
"Before you complete, let me tell you I'm not going to postpone the date again.Already teen din se ho raha hai.You have your exams in a month's time baccha"
"But Mumma I'm not liking the chapters of Science this time"
"Beta pasand toh tujhe Hindi English bhi nahi aarahe aajkal"
"Yeah they're boring me"
"Aur Maths,Gk aur History Geography bhi"
"Han woh bhi paka rahe hai bohot"

As soon as he said those words Bhavani pinched his cheek lightly
"From where are you learning these bad words,huh?"
"Ow sorry Mumma"
"Chal ab ja...go and come back fast.Abhi no bahana or discussions.Just five days back we read the chapter together aur Kal bhi toh padha tha na tu shaam ko.Akele baithke woh bhi.Toh aaj uska result dikhega"

Bhavani ruffled her son's hair and bid him a bye .

While all his friends were busy playing,Shivansh noticed his best friend's distracted face.So,during their water break Shivansh put a hand on Vedant's shoulder and enquired
"Oye, kya hua?"
" Kuch nahi yaar"
"Don't lie,tell me"
"Woh today Mumma is going to take a full syllabus science test"
"So?"
"And I'm not prepared for it."
"Toh tell Aunty, she'll explain it to you again and then you can get prepared "
"No re Shiv.Actually the matter is that she had told me a week back.Uske baad Mumma ne mujhe chapters samjhaya bhi 5 days pehle.Mai samajh bhi gaya lekin Mumma ne bola tha revise karne ke
liye par mera mann nahi hua"
"Arre re"
" Ulta mai 3 days se delay kar raha hoon.Kal toh maine zidd bhi kiya mai akela padhunga jab Mumma dinner bana rahi thi par maine tab bhi bas deed kiya aur book mein jo school ka cover hai na"
"Haan"
"Woh nikal ke mai andar ke cover ko creative bana raha tha.Aur pata hai,Mumma ne mujhe warn bhi kiya hai pehle hi ki if I don't give my best she'll get to know and will make me write all the chapters word to word twice Aur yahan toh mai best kya ittusa bhi effort nahi diya"

["Hey, what's wrong?"
