15. Loosing Her

"Well guys. This is it. You know the plan. I love you all. Remember this is a life and death plan. Our objective is to kill Aurora and her husband. Always keep a gun loaded and close to you." I gripped harder on Calum's hand.

"Well. Let's go to the van. The drive will be short." We all get our stuff and walk to the van.

"Sissy. Its going to be alright. I know I never really say this, but I love you. I really do. I'm happy you found the guy that loves you." I wrap my arms around my tall brother. I feel tears run down my cheek. I never felt so terrible in my whole life.

As I get in the van I see Calum running some tears.

"Calum."

"Ashley. Promise me whatever happens in there you will move on."

"Calum. Please. Stop. I'm not going to lose you." I press my lips to Calum's. I don't want to hear stuff that are just going to break me down worse.

"Alright guys. This is it." Luke says as he comes to a stop. I look out into the darkness of the night. There is a white medium sized house.

As we step down the van we immediately hear bullets coming towards us. We take cover behind some trees. "Okay guys. Its time to shoot back." We gear up and locate the enemies. I hold the cold black shiny metal in my hands. I take a deep breath and I load it. I look out and pull the trigger several times. I missed several times, but eventually I killed a man. I felt terrible seeing his body fall down to the floor.

"Ashley its for our protection. They choosed this path." Calum says as he holds my hand. We start to run towards the house. I could see Aurora's body through some windows. I started to shoot towards some people that were trying to hurt us.

Michael and Ashton where the first ones to make it in the house. I ran after them and started to shoot. I felt powerful with the gun in my hands. Something I've never felt before. I took cover behind a couch. I looked out and saw a man close to Ashton. I laoded up my gun and pulled the trigger. The bullet went through his head. I looked away and kept moving. I saw dozens of bodies in the floor dead. Luckily none of us were hurt at the moment.

"Let's go now." I hear Luke say. Calum and I run after him in search of Aurora and my father. As we walked towards the back of the house a strange feeling came over me. I then heard a loud boom exploding behind me. I turned and saw a man with a gun in his hands. I quickly killed him. When I turned Luke's arm was bleeding. "Shit. Luke oh lord. Hold on. I'm so sorry" I felt so terrible. Luke's face was red bursting in pain. I saw small tears escaping from his eyes. I quickly ripped a piece of my flannel shirt and wrapped it around his wound. "We need to keep moving." Calum says. Luke stands up and starts to walk again. I follow them making sure no one follows us.

As we slowly entered a big room a man was standing there. "Good to see you again my children." Luke and I freeze. I can see anger burst out of him. "What is your fucking problem dad! Don't you even know anything! You hurt us like hell!" Calum runs towards Luke and holds him back. I hold my gun close to me. "Its ok. Shoot Ashley. I love you my beautiful grown daughter. Just remember you killed your own father. Make sure to tell that to your own children sweety." I hold my gun up to him.

"I had enough with all your bullshit dad. You hurt me and Luke badly. I will be glad to tell my children I killed my own father because he's a living monster." I lock my eyes onto him. I then pull the trigger. His body collapses to the floor. I close my eyes and drop my gun. I was a monster as well. "Ashley baby. It's ok." I feel Calum's arms around me. I give him a faint smile. I grab my gun and run out the door. All that was left was Aurora.
