A HUGE thank you to everyone who has made it this far! This story was both a joy and a struggle to write, as some of you might surmise from the fact that I stopped writing around July and didn't pick it up again until December. The novel still needs a decent amount of editing and probably a pacing and plot overhaul. If those of you who have read thus far have suggestions or thoughts as to ways to improve it, please don't hesitate to drop a line – I love getting your feedback.

This book is intended to serve as Book 1 in the Murdery Marriages Universe, a loosely connected humorous cozy romantasy universe full of couples who manage to find common ground despite somewhat murdery beginnings. I should probably point out, for legal reasons, that I have never personally poisoned anyone, nor do I have any intention of poisoning my husband, my exes, or any leaders, kings, or princes of various countries throughout the globe (even though I may wish certain leaders would get impeached or deposed by legal means). Hopefully this does not detract from my credibility as an author. :)

I can't tell if you're cooking everything for me now because you're afraid that I might poison you, or if you simply don't trust me not to burn down the kitchen after watching me play Overcooked, but either way, I appreciate it. So, what's next?

I am currently posting a companion novel to HTPYH on Wattpad titled A Lethal Taste of Love. It takes place in the same world as HTPYH, and you might recognize a few of the characters, but it is meant to serve as a standalone. The female MC is a hot mess and I love her. After ALTOL is done, I am planning on a sequel featuring Ash called A Manual for Murdering Your Wife, and a sequel featuring Lillian called A Tiny Dash of Homicide. I also have plans for novels in this world featuring werewolves, necromancers, a school of magic, and, quite possibly, a school of assassins. Stay tuned!
